"I was looking for a company to clean my air ducts and found positive reviews for SuperNoVA on both Angie's List and Groupon. They were responsive to my call and were timely in the appointment we set. Unfortunately, my unit was located in my attic and once they did their inspection, I was informed I would be better served by a truck mounted system and not the portable system they use. So instead of wasting their time and my money, they told me they were not the company for the job. Hence, the 5-star review. I appreciated their integrity and honesty. Will recommend to anyone I know whose system might be more in line with the services they offer."

"The team did a great job in the heat to install a new AC to fix my broken one, and new ductwork, in less than 8 hours. After receiving multiple quotes, OHA mentioned that the way my ductwork was set up on exit from the AC was the most likely reason my old ACs compressor gave out so soon after warranty lapse. The reasoning made sense and I'm already feeling that the AC is performing better after their install!"

"My air conditioning was broken. So, having it tuned up wasn't really useful. The initial quote to just fix it was a billion dollars. Then they actually gave me a quote to replace the entire air conditioning system for $10,000. So, it was horrible. I actually just talked with some friends who had had good experiences with another company and got a quote for $1000 to fix it, versus a $2000 quote to fix it, I had gotten from the other company. So, it wasn't a great experience. I had told them explicitly that my unit is on the roof. They didn't bring a ladder. This is downtown Washington DC and you all live in town houses. So, it's not that crazy to know that you need a ladder. They were responsive."
