"Robert arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour window we had scheduled. He is friendly and very nice. The clothes washer wasn’t filling with water. The house is on a well and Robert discovered some particulates had clogged the hose connection water screen at the back of the washer. Robert fixed it in 10 minutes and recommended a filter at the output line of the well tank. I’m semi-handy and so I bought and installed the filter myself. The service call base price was so reasonable. We were relieved that the washer wasn’t needing major repair! So beyond nice and friendly, Robert is also kind and generous.
