"I recently had Harold install a few new appliances in my house and was disappointed to find out that the quote for the project was nowhere near what the actual cost ended up being. I was also not made aware of the additional costs from the quote until after I already received the bill (if I knew it would cost extra to remove my door, I would have done it myself). I also asked for a copy of a bill where they said it cost over $100 for supplies, which I still have not received. The quality of the job seems to be good, but I am very disappointed about the lack of communication and felt I was a bit bait and switched on the cost of the job. "Robert arrived right in the middle of the 2 hour window we had scheduled. He is friendly and very nice. The clothes washer wasn’t filling with water. The house is on a well and Robert discovered some particulates had clogged the hose connection water screen at the back of the washer. Robert fixed it in 10 minutes and recommended a filter at the output line of the well tank. I’m semi-handy and so I bought and installed the filter myself.
