We really care about our customers! Everyone at Landers Appliance is committed to providing you with Honest, Reasonable and Reliable service in everything we do! We train our team to strive for excellence, performing to the highest professional standards. And if we ever fail to deliver on these promises, we’ll apologize and do our best to make it right. We have been in business over 35 years. We have 22 FT, and 2 PT employees. No sub contractors. Manufacturer trained professional technicians with "Master Technician" Certification. We charge a flat, fixed service charge and job rate. No travel charges. We are an independently owned service company headquartered in Maryland, owned and operated by Dean Landers.

Landers was recommended to me by a friend after my 23 year old dishwasher started having problems. I could not find the make/model that I wanted but Landers was able to obtain my new dishwasher. The sale was done over the phone and the dishwasher was installed the following week. Bobby and Sean were great. I prefer to buy big ticket items from local businesses and Landers will certainly get my business again. Highly recommend!!!

Josh, our technician, was able to determine the cause of the issue with our icemaker. Another company had been here three times (sent by Bosch) and never found the problem. He was thorough and methodical and pursued error codes with Bosh to figure it out. Five stars for giving me ice again!

Initial problem was assessed incorrectly. A xalxe was replaced at significant cost but problem persisted. Another technician came back, immediately noticed it was a hose and plumbing issue, suggested a solution, and returned promptly to fix it at no additional cost other than parts. That is the way business should be done. Especially when the original problem was caused by work done by a third party who refused to come back and fix it.

Great! The technician came a little earlier than I expected and he very quickly made my freezer so it will continue to operate for a while. My freezer is 21 years old. I called Landers sale sales people and they help me purchase a replacement freezer which will be delivered next month when we are back from our vacation. The technician today saved our vacation!

It went perfectly. Lee (repair person) came to our house to access the issue. He ordered the replacement part immediately, it came within a couple of days. Lee returned, installed the new handle which required completely disassembling the door! The microwave is ‘brand new’ again. We highly recommend Lee. Like other staff working at Landers, he was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and personable.

The repairman was great! Said he could fix my elderly dishwasher, but didn't recommend it, given its age. After shopping around, I ended up getting a new one from Landers...they had it installed withon a week.

The repairman had knowledge of issue and called whirlpool to confirm. He ordered the parts and it seems to be fixed now. Lee was very professional and kept appointments as promised.

Tech was able to identify the problem at the first visit. Tech at second visit fixed what was needed in a timely fashion. He was also very friendly and was able to give us suggestions for things.

My dryer stopped drying so I saw good reviews and called. I got an appointment within a day to come. Carl McCarty came on time. He was pleasant and very professional. He got to work immediately. He even climbed under the back steps to check the vent going outside. He fixed the dryer within 30 minutes and even fixed the knob on the machine. I am extremely pleased. My dryer is an older GE but I love it and it works. Now I don't need to buy a new one. My clothes dry better than ever. Thanks Carl and thanks Landers Appliance. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service! It was easy and fast to schedule an appointment and they were able to come the next day. The technician, Steve, was very professional, punctual, and communicative. The price we paid for the work that was done was more than reasonable for his expertise. He even had the Icemaker we needed in his truck and was able to replace it on the spot. I would work with them again in a heartbeat, only wish I had known about them sooner!

The technician (Steve) diagnosed the problem as one of three possible causes. He ordered the three parts that were needed and gave me a price for the three possible solutions. When the parts arrived he checked out the three possible causes with the new parts. He found the defected part and replaced it. He made every effort to minimize the cost of the repair. I am very happy with Landers Appliances. I feel they are very honest. The technician could have replaced any of the parts and charged me much more money. The fact that they made the repair for the minimum amount shows their honesty.

Very smoothly! Steve the service technician came out less than 24 hours after we contacted Landers appliance. He rapidly diagnose the problem as a fan motor in the freezer which was not working. Unfortunately the part needed to be ordered. He told me the cost of the fan and he returned the part came in 2days later. Steve was pleasant competent and had a professional demeanor. I was particularly impressed by how quickly everything transpired from the time that I made the initial call, the part being ordered, and then installed. We have been using Landers appliance services for the last 30 years and will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who is in need of appliance repairs. Nowadays when it’s so common for appliance sales and service to be managed by some large out of town location or company it’s a pleasure to deal with a Baltimore based family owned company that is service oriented and cares about maintaining a good reputation

The entire process from sales to installation on our new washer and dryer was phenomenal. The installation team was punctual and professional. They did a great job removing our old units (they actually had to take apart the old dryer to fit it though the door) while protecting our walls, doorways, and yard. The new units are working like a charm. We also recently had a service call from Lander's to check a broken burner on our stovetop that a competitor service company could not fix. While it remains to be seen if the problem is fixable, the Lander's technician has been excellent...explaining the problem and possible solutions, and following up with phone calls regarding progress on finding a new part. Highly recommend Lander's Appliance!

Lander's recommended a great new dishwasher to fit our needs. Installation and removal of old dishwasher all in less than an hour! And the price was right. Looking forward to doing business with them again.
