Once the estimator came out it went up to $400- quite an increase! I had told her on the initial phone call that the house was a 2-story single family home with walkout basement, so the back gutters were 30 feet high...so I felt that they were misleading on the inital pricing. The company I have used before gave me a quote of $250, but could not get me on their schedule for 3 weeks. In the end, I was willing to pay a higher price to just get it done within the week."

"Jim arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He had to drill holes into the tile in both of my bathrooms to install the grab bars. The master bathroom didn’t have studs that he could use, so he had to use anchors. This meant drilling additional holes and it took more time than usual. He left the bathrooms neat and clean. I also had him caulk the bathtub in the guest bathroom. He did a great job overall! I just wish that it wasn’t as expensive as it was. That’s why I gave the price a “B” rating."
