"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

As work progressed, undertook additional repairs that had not been initially observed, at own time and materials expense to stay within original budgeted cost under the contract. "10 Stars for Ned Stevens gutter cleaning!! I had small trees growing in my gutters and the front gutter was coming loose. They cleaned the gutters, fixed the gutter where it was loose and they bagged all the trash up. They did not charge extra for the loose gutter either. Nice and neat and EXCELLENT service!! "Gutter cleaning, end unit, small townhouse. They came out for an estimate ready to work, so I just gave them the go-ahead since the phone quote was very reasonable. They did not sweep up the debris on my deck though. I guess they didn't want to go on the deck, but they could have asked me if I wanted it swept. I had to clean up after them, but it wasn't a big deal. The gutters are flowing freely, just in time for Hurricane Ida."

"I'd have liked some confirmation (pictures perhaps) of the cleaned gutters, but the person who came couldn't have provided them even if he wanted to because he never get up there to view them. Perhaps it's no news to others, but I was surprised that no ladders were used, as with others I've had come to clean the gutters."

"Mike came out prompty to look at the damaged siding. Came out a second time to show me color samples for the replacement siding. Told me when the siding would be received and came out today and did the work. He and his helper cleaned up after the work was done. They did an excellant job of fixing the siding. He had given me a very reasonable estimate. I have asked him for an estimate to replace the roof and will have him do the work. Very professionable and friendly. I will recommend him to friends and family for any work they might need done."
