Henry sent someone immediately to give us an estimate. We only had 5 days to work with before the floors were to be started. His crew started the very next day! All were professional and respectful. They repaired spots we didn't know existed! Henry visited twice, once as the men were working and the next to inspect the completed job. He was available by phone at any time for questions/concerns. Although we thought the price was expensive like other reviewers, considering what they did on the timeline given and the excellent results, we would definitely use them again. He cleaned up after his work, and was kind enough to cart away the old materials."
