"Laila did the perfect design job. She was meticulous in measurements and finishes, and it really shows. She guided us through the entire process with patience and humor. She was a joy to work with. I chose the shoe racks, drawers, and hanging elements, and she made it happen. I even got the ironing board feature - love it. The installation team was totally professional.
