Our heat pump died in cold weather and they came out the same day I called to check it. They fast tracked ordering a new circuit board and had it running the next day. These guys are very professional, honest, and do a great job. I’ve used their services before and they always attempt to fix things rather just a sales pitch for a whole new system. Highly recommend them!

Chad and Brad have taken care of our heating and AC needs for almost 15 years. I enjoy supporting local, family owned businesses. Their service is unmatched. I called them on Wednesday when our AC continued to cycle on and off—no air on one of the hottest days of the year! They were here first thing Thursday morning. Cool air was running by mid–morning. When I asked how much I owed them they said, "Why don't we wait a day to make sure everything is running okay and I can bill you next week." How many would take that approach? The brothers have installed one new AC system, repaired/rebuilt a furnace blower and kept a 1996 AC unit at peak performance. It doesn't have a lot of life left. They will be the ones to replace it when it's is time. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their professionalism, expertise and service.

Holmes brothers were more then professional, courteous and honest. These guys are grade A forsure. They made it out to our house very fast during the first big heat wave of the year, I know they were very busy and made sure to get us on their schedule and get us fixed up. Prior to finding Holmes brothers we had a larger company (Horizon) come out , that tech was only interested in trying to sell us all new equipment, feeding me a bunch of bull of how many big problems we had. Luckily I have worked in the trade industry all my life and was well aware we did not need all new equipment and this was not just a band aid fix that needed to be done but just some service to our heat pump. This was my first experience with Holmes brothers and they will get all of our future calls and most definitely we will recommend to family and and friends.

Wow!!! is about sums up my experience of working with both Holmes Brothers... Brad and Chad Holmes have been servicing my Heating and Air conditioning equipment for me at the 2 last homes that I have owned. These guys are always very punctual, extremely courteous, trustworthy, knowledgeable and considerate. They are above and beyond, the very best HVAC mechanics, that I have ever hired, to work on my home heating and Air conditioning equipment. They take the time, to verify, (not assume), that all components are in good working condition and most of all, that they are operating to the manufacturers specifications and recommendations. They take pride in the work they do, they explain everything in great detail and if a part needs to be replaced, or if they discover something that is not operating correctly, they point out the problem to me, explain it it's functionality and why there is a problem. Above everything else, they have always gone above and beyond, to ensure the safety of me and my family.

I am at the point, where I do not want any other company to be servicing nor maintaining my HVAC and Air conditioning equipment. These 2 brothers, are by far, the best HVAC mechanics that I have ever hired. I

The appointment went well.  The provider was on time and very professional.  They took the time to answer all of my questions and made some helpful suggestions.  They were polite and respectful of my home and property.  I would use this provider again in the future.

It went great, they clean up after themselves, and even sealed the door off to the attic.

I have been using Holmes Brothers for over 8 years.  They put in my heat pump and central humidifier 8 yrs ago.  The price was better than with other estimates.  I can count on them every 6 months to call to schedule my maintenance appt.  Chad and Brad have always worked around my schedule.  They always leave the area cleaner than they sometimes find it.  Both are professional, friendly, courteous, and most important HONEST.  I highly recommend them.  I have used them to clean my air ducts,  install a new heat pump and general information.  I had been using a different company prior to them and what a difference.  When in the past I have had a problem, I can count on a return call and quick visit.  If you are looking for the best, look no further.  Call the Holmes Brothers and you will have piece of mind.
