"Dean Heating and Air Conditioning provide exceptional service and I do not give compliments unless service providers earn it and Dean did! We have an old home which we are painfully remodeling. Dean installed central air and did a super job. He was efficient and the price was fair. My husband said we would do a bump out of the wall for the return but when I saw it, I did not like it. Mike was right on it and ran the ductwork behind the wall. It turned out beautiful. He then went a step above and fixed a split system we had installed by someone else. It was not cooling because the guy who installed it did not do it properly and the freon leaked out. Mike Dean is my go-to guy for ALL things heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend him, you will not regret it!"

"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent. And, he took pains not to track up the carpets. Mack's is a good choice. You'll be satisfied w the results."
