We decided not to go with Tristate in the end and went with a small local business instead but Brad was super friendly and helpful."

We called on a Saturday, they came out the following Monday to discuss paperwork/financing, and they did the job the next day on Tuesday. In addition to the HVAC system, we also had them install an air scrubber. Within 6 hours they were able to replace the outside unit, the AC, and the furnace, and install the air scrubber."

He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. Time of arrival delayed due to vehicle issues (which I know you can't plan for) so service was not at the time I had planned but I made it work. Next up was Andrew and he installed the bath light fixture, ran new lines and installed an exhaust fan and new gfi outlets.
