55 Purchased a hot tub from the Hagerstown store which went great. In January 2025 got a leak in hot tub. Serviceman came out repaired it $350 advised wait on warm weather to refill. Since a few days nice weather filled it yesterday only to fine it’s not fixed. Called service that had a manager...

Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
