They've done very well. The staff was very good. They're a really small company. We have actually got them the first time, it's just kind of a handyman, the guy is every familiar with all the building codes and all of that. The first time we have used them is just to do hallway, we have 15 years of accumulated junk in our basement so we went through and decided what we wanted to keep and what we didn't wanted to keep and he came and hold everything for us. I called them several times with thing like our roof was leaking and it turns out that all of the ventilation pipes fixed standing up through the roof of the house. The gasket from the basement has dried out and cracked and he replaced all of those for us, fixed all of our roof leaks. We've used him for probably 8 to 10 projects and we just call them when something goes on and he comes out and takes care of it. Most recently, we had our dryer vent because our washer and drier is at the center of the house on the upstairs and it's about 10 feet of the exterior wall and the dryer vent got clogged so he came and tore out the old dryer vent. They've used flexed pipe and they're only supposed to us that for 18 inches so he had to cut some holes in the wall and go in and tear out the old dryer vent and replaced it to bring it out to code and he built some access holes to cover up the holes he'd cut in the wall so if this ever happen again that would be the access to get in there. He did a number of jobs, he's kind of like a general handyman, he does some of the carpentry, he did the electrical work in the basement and he did the whole thing but the floors down. We replaced the hardwood floors with a laminant and they installed the floors.
Description of Work: When hurricane Sandy and my sub-pump burned out in the middle of the water coming in through the foundation of my house, 4A Contracting came out first thing in the morning and pumped out 4 feet of water and scrapped out the whole finished basement so it didn't do anymore water damage. I end up having them rebuild the entire basement so they did all of that.
