Excellent. Arrived on time and cleared out clog. Also, were Careful and did not leave a mess. John did a great job! I have used their plumbing services in the past and will continue to work with them again if need be.

They actually surprised me by bringing an sign language intreperter, (our Family has deaf members) they were on time. and did exactly what the estimate was written for. Yard was cleaned up afterwards minus the grass. Very satisfied with the current water pressure. I would defintly hire them again for other projects.

It went very well, from the initial contact to scheduling the final work. They were very professional, courteous, prompt and overall very pleasant to work with. However, one complaint would be the cost. Although I did accept the estimate of $325 as a reasonable charge, in retrospect, I thought it was a little high for about a 30-minute job of disconnecting electric pump and water source. I did not get other estimates so I have no other cost comparisons. They have high reviews so I assume it is a fair charge. I would use this provider again.

Phil and John were very professional and the job went very well. They also were careful in our home and cleaned up debris and removed our old water softner. Have used their services in the past and would use them again!!!!

We were very impressed with this guy. Great communication, he got back to us quick, set a time, called ahead to make sure we knew he was on his way, etc. When we met him, he was very nice and professional. He explained what was wrong and fixed it fairly quickly. The price he charged was a decent price. We would definitely hire him again.

We agreed on a price and they arrived on time. Both were very professional. After at least 3 hours of trying to get the sewer line clear, they stopped. The owner was very frustrated that he couldn't clear the line. He recommended a company that specializes in sewer & drain backups. Also, what impressed me about the owner is that he refused to accept the full payment that was agreed upon. He felt it wasn't honest for me to pay for the full quoted price since he was unable to clear the line. The company he recommended came out the next day and was able to complete the job and I was please with them as well. I will definitely use RT Plumbing & Heating again. As I said, they were very professional, courteous and honest.

I mainly worked with Phil. He came and assessed the job. He was neat and professional. He gave us a bid within 24 hours. We had 3 bids for the job. His price was comparable to another bid. (One bid was double both of them!) Because I was impressed with Phil, RT Plumbing got the job. They came in with a team of 4 guys and completed the job within one week of the bid. They were so professional. I would recommend to any of my friends.

I called Mr. Thurber late on a Saturday afternoon, when our hot water heater started to leak badly, he quickly instructed me on how to stop the leak by releasing the pressure inside the tank. After that was accomplished, he asked did I want them to come out immediately at premium overtime rates or wait until first thing Monday when they could handle the replacement/repair at regular labor costs. we Opted for Monday, Sunday evening he called to say his boys would be there at 7:30am and he would be at the wholesaler waiting on their call with specifics for the water heater needed.

They showed up at our house at 7:20am, and Mr. Thurber arrived 25 minutes later with the new water heater, dropped it off and took the old one with him. The total removal of the old and installation of the new one was completed in less than two hours.

We were very pleased.

Called RT Plumbing about a leaking water heater that I could not figure out where the leak was coming from. Two Technicians came that afternoon and confirmed that the leak required replacement. Fair price of $35 for the service and inspection and I removed/replaced the hot water heater myself that evening.
