On installation day my tenants said the onsite staff was very professional and did a good job keeping the work site clean and respected the property as a whole. Given this was a fairly small project they surprised me with the attention they afforded to the project. Sometimes it is hard to get good service when you have small projects, but O'Cooper surprised me! Yes I would use them again."

"E Stanley paving did a great job. Their representative Joe was friendly and professional and able to answer all our questions. They started the job within a few days of the initial visit. It entailed a lot more work than I thought. They had to bust up three sections of the driveway in order to make it level and get a proper base and had to raise a drain in the driveway. Due to many issues with the county grinder in our front yard that the county has had to excavate our driveway had sunk down 3 inches. They created a smooth surface level to the sidewalk and did a nice job on the edges. We couldn't be more thrilled."

Best Landscaping did a phenomenal job with the design, planning, and installation of our patio, as well as a drainage system to stop flooding in our backyard. The contractors always showed up on time, and left the job site clean at the end of the day. From the start of the project, everything went very smoothly. I was given a very competitive estimate, and the company was always quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. The owner, Abel, was wonderful. He called and checked in often with the builders, and made sure things were going smoothly. When it turned out that we were going to have to make some additional changes, the change in pricing was very fair. When some materials were unavailable due to Covid, Abel worked hard to make sure we were happy with the substitutions. Since the french drain installation, we have had no problems with runoff and flooding. Very nice work setting pavers, setting trim pavers on edges, trimming pavers to fit where driveway wasn't square, and applying polymeric sand to seal joints."

"Mr. Lazaro and his professional team is one in the Billion. Exceptionally professional and no nonsense people. Mr. Lazaro puts his entire zeal and zest in the project and goes above and beyond the call of duty and professionalism. I was traveling heavy during the project and used to get reports from him using Skype. Mr. Lazaro would not leave any stone unturned to make me satisfied and at times would wait for me with my backyard digged, open face to make sure that I see, visualize, and mark the spots by marking videos where the backyard has drain pipes buried etc. Mr. Lazaro is highly recommended and as such, I hired his services again for my other home where I had seen some issue with water retention. He, once again gave me an unbeatable price and made sure that he performs the work with super integrity, professionalism and honesty.
