"Installation of the sprinkler system went well, but I purchased the gold package that comes with 20 semi-annual checkups, and they stopped proactively scheduling those checks after a few years. I have to repeatedly email and call (they don't answer the phone) to get them to come out. going on two years without a winterization. Not sure what they are like in Texas but their customer service in Virginia is abysmal."

Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated.
