He called and checked in often with the builders, and made sure things were going smoothly. When some materials were unavailable due to Covid, Abel worked hard to make sure we were happy with the substitutions. Since the french drain installation, we have had no problems with runoff and flooding. "Everything went smoothly from the sale (onsite, at our home, with samples of materials and a quote at the time of the visit), to communication with the main office (regarding timing of construction, follow ups on payment milestones) to the construction (which was expertly handled by a crew of two guys who work for the company). The owner himself came out to install plugs in the screw holes on one side of the deck, after the crew decided that the original plugs were not a good color match. We appreciated that attention to detail and the fact that the company handled it without our even knowing it had been an issue. The crew made sure the construction area was clean each day when they left. Our bluestone patio and surrounding landscaping were in good condition after the work."
