Very fast and responsive.  All windows were done in one day.  Extremely reasonable and cheaper than anybody else I called.  I highly recommend Southern Maryland Windows and Siding.  My In-Laws actually ended up using them as well and were very pleased with the product and service they received.  HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We called Southern Maryland Window & Siding, made an appointment and Tony arrived right at the appointed day & time.
His sales pitch is very low key with no arm-twisting; no persuasion tactics; no pressure of any sort to make an on-the-spot buy.
He didn't have to - the portable window sample he brought with him to demonstrate the offered features sold itself.
The windows they offer had everything we researched and wanted at a fair price for both sides of the deal (Tony & us).
The steel door we wanted came in several styles and color combinations to choose from.
Tony measured what was needed; whipped out his calculator; and within minutes had an estimate to show us.
We signed the contract with no hesitation (or buyer's remorse afterwards).
The windows are made in Ohio and were ready for install in 2.5 weeks.
On installation day Tony and one assistant were on-site @ 8:30 and set directly to work.
It was obvious they had done this hundreds of times before and they still enjoyed doing it.
They were 100% professional at all times, cleaned up after themselves throughout the day - not only at the final end.
We whole-heartedly recommend Tony & SMWS to anyone reading this.
Don't want to sound like a paid cheerleader (we're not - this is an Angie's List review after all...)
BUT THEY WERE G-R-E-A-T folks to work with!
The low-E glass noticeably lowered the interior temperature on the sunny side of the house and the noise-level
is definitely lower (kids outside playing and having innocent fun).
Suggestion: in our master bathroom we had the window's lower half made with frosted glass for privacy and this eliminated
the need for blinds/curtains that trapped moisture & caused window mildew. We still can look out thru the upper half to see kids in backyard. Very satisfied with that decision.
Drive by, slow down, take a good look - really improved curb appeal didn't it?

He did what he was supposed to do in a non threatening manner and saved us considerable money. I would recommend him to others looking for window replacement companies to do good honest work. He was recommended by another customer who did use him for window replacement and was very satisfied.

Overall,I am very pleased with the final cost,their experience,punctuality and professionalism.

Everything went well.    They were very professional and knowledgable and delivered what they said they would.

We talked to several other window companies first and they were all very pushy and wanted us to sign immediately.  Southern Maryland Windows was very nice and never pushed us.  He explained the windows he sold and the options and gave us a price.  All the work is done my the dad and son and one other employee.  They were neat and courteous.  We love our new windows!  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting replacement windows.

The doors have not been delivered or installed as yet. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery and that I would be notified when the doors were ready and to schedule a date for installation. We are just about at the 6 week point so I would expect a call any day now.
Tony impressed me with his knowledge and attention to detail. I anticipate no issues with the installation. If desired, I will follow up with another review after installation. Based only on my initial interaction with this company, I would not hesitate to contact them again should I need additional services.

My sister just got replacement windows with Tony and his company, and was very pleased with the quality of windows, cost and professionalism of Tony and his crew.  So, it was a no brainer for me.  Just purchased a home.  The windows were replaced about 10 years ago and they still look new.  Yes, Southern MD window and siding did the job.  They did not replace the sliding glass door, so I wanted that replaced.  Tony and crew are professional, courteous, on-time, cleaned up, and I would highly recommend this company.  I plan to do business with them again.  Wish all my home improvements went as well as this one did.  The only reason I rated the cost a B, is because I did not compare pricing or companies.  After seeing my sisters windows and seeing the windows in the house from 10+ years ago, I did not need to look any further.

The installation went very smoothly.  Tony and his crew arrived on time and was very professional.  They cleaned up and hauled all the debris away.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing new windows or doors.

Tony, the owner of the company came to our house & brought samples & information about the brands of windows he installs. He can get any brand but recommended a brand that was less known because the company used its money on their products versus advertising. The cost was reasonable, Tony is a local person that my husband actually went to high school with. The company was started by his dad and he took over, so they have been doing this for many years. Tony with his crew installed the windows, which was nice instead of him sending a crew of people we didn't know. All in all a great experience. We have had the windows for about a year with no problems. Easy to clean and well insulated.

My experience was good. They had to reschedule me once because of bad weather but he came out the second time.

Tony Graham showed up promptly for our estimate appointment.  With no pressure at all he explained the options we had to choose from for our siding, windows and front door system.  He gave us fair advice without making our choices for us.  The prices on the estimate were not the cheapest we had found but certainly not the highest.  They advertise that they install what they sell and that is true.  The installation crew showed up promptly with Tony Graham and worked with precision even around the decking contractor who showed up later than the appointed time.  The fact that they were able to work around the other contractor and still get everything completed at the promised time made us very happy.  Their cleanup afterward was meticulous.  Tony even made a trip to the hardware store to buy new cast iron house numbers for us because one of them cracked when they were removing the old siding.  Sometimes the little touches like that will stick in your mind.  Mickey Graham has followed up with us since the original installation and even fought  for us over a factory warranty issue.  The Graham's offer top notch customer service, quality products at a fair price with expert and efficient installation.  Choose Southern Maryland Window & Siding and you will be glad that you did!!!

Overall, it was what I was looking for when hiring someone to work on my house, not the usual fly-by-nights that seem to be a dime a dozen these days.  they did exactly what we asked and a great job at that!

When we were looking for windows, through word of mouth, Southern Maryland Windows were recommended to us.  We decided to have them come out to give us an estimate for replacing the windows and slider in our home.  Tony came out at a time that was convenient for us, and went through all of our different options.  There was absolutely NO PRESSURE to purchase the windows through them.  He quoted us a price, and then said if we were interested to give them a call and they would order the windows.  My husband and I decided to go with them because their price was competitive and he comes out to do the installation with his assistant, no sub-contractors.  It took about 4 - 6 weeks for the windows to arrive, and then once they did, we received a prompt call and a day was scheduled for them to come out and install the windows.  My husband was home when they came over to do the work, and he was very impressed with Tony's professionalism and his work quality.  We were promised that the work would be completed in approx. 1 - 1.5 days, and it was complete within 1 day, with the exception of one window.Of course, something always goes wrong during home improvements, and in this case the warehouse sent an incorrect size for one of the windows.  It was no problem though, they re-ordered the window and it arrived quickly.  They were scheduled to come out again (once again at a time that was convenient to us) to install the final window.  It was done quickly and professionally.We were very satisfied with the work Tony and his assistant did in our home.  We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing replacement windows!
