I submitted a request on sunday via their website. Received a call the next morning. scheduled an appointment, received an email confirmation, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. I know that sounds like that should be the norm, but I haven't found that to be the case. He spent about 2 hours walking me around the house talking about what needed to be done. He actually makes his money by installing insulation but I didn't need that so he was going to just leave after doing all that without charging me. I paid him 200 because the info was invaluable. I needed mostly caulking and handy man services so he contacted a guy that he sometimes uses for insulation work and sent him my way within 2 hours of leaving my house. All in all, one of those contractors that you're just impressed with.
