"I contacted Mark's Lawn and Landscape in late March 2018 about installing a paver foundation ( 12 by 16) for a shed. I made an appointment for early morning and Mark was right on time traveling from Halethorpe to Laurel. Note that the four other firms I called said that for such a small job there was no need for a site inspection prior to the work starting. Mark quickly gave me an estimate and a time frame for when he could complete the work. For the rest of the day my thought was that maybe I could find a contractor who might do the work for somewhat less money. About three days later Mark's proposal came and the cost to do the work was exactly what he quoted and I knew then that I would give him the job. When Mark and his crew came to do the work he recommended a different location for the foundation than mine and I was pleased after taking his recommendation. Mark's crew did an excellent job installing a perfectly level foundation in a day's time and grading the area around the foundation. I asked Mark to inspect the job after completion and he said he would certainly do this. Yes, this was a small job but I was so pleased with Mark's attentiveness to my needs and requests."

A toilet was clogged in the downstairs bathroom.  The emergency was that my mother recently came home from the hospital and that was the only toilet she could access.  Millersville came to the rescue, providing an immediate appointment, fixing the issue with the great customer service they've always provided.  Fixing stopped up toilets isn't a pleasant job, but you would never know it from the plumbers pleasant interaction with my mom.  They also fixed a leak in the toilet caused by a loose bolt.   I've used Millersville Plumbing for all my plumbing needs over the years, from replacing external water line - during winter, snow conditions, installing a new dishwasher, and diagnosing various plumbing issues.  I'm happy that I have an experienced plumbing company that I can trust and that values their customers.  Millersville Plumbing, Plumbers are the best.  :)
