"Showed up on time. Worked furiously. Removed fallen sticks before mulching. Cleaned up when done job. Broomed walks and drive where mulch was. Didn't harm existing grass with wheelbarrow. "Dietrich Land Care took care of our extremely messy yard and did an excellent job. The process was easy and communication was prompt and very clear. They did everything requested, made helpful suggestions, kept us in the loop throughout, and finished everything in record time. The entire team was very professional. Highly recommended."

"Mark's office responded to my Sunday email the same day and promptly scheduled an appointment. Mark came out to look at the layout of the backyard and the way water flows through the yard. We discussed solutions for the problem area around the back sliding door and the heat pump unit. I felt that Mark gave the project a lot of consideration and came up with a solution that not only took care of the water drainage problem but was also enhanced the look of the yard."

"John came over to clear a blockage in my sewer line.  I had located him with a Angie's list deal for clearing drain lines.  He was later than I expected, however, I was grateful that he came over that day.  I showed him the problems that I was having and he attempted to put the auger down an access that I have in the basement

The augur's cutting line kept turning up into piping going to the main level rather than down through the main sewer line.  John was unable to clear the line.
He spent about 2 hours at my house.  He recommended that I get a company with a sewer camera out to inspect the plumbing.  He said that he didn't have a camera and would at least have to charge me a sewer camera rental fee of $300 if he was to do the inspection and that I would be able to get another company out cheaper.
Finally, he did not charge me for the service and diagnostic assistance because he said that he did not fix my problem.  The visit was FREE !

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

It is almost always necessary to hire a land surveyor near you to ensure your fence sits on the right side of the property line. Mistaking the shape of your property can lead to fines and costly changes if you have to move or adjust the privacy fence—not to mention some surly looks from your neighbor. We recommend jumpstarting your fence planning in the spring to ensure there is plenty of time to map out your plan before construction season.

Several government-backed lending programs can help first-time home buyers purchase a home with little money down. FHA, USDA, and VA loans are options for qualifying borrowers, though many conventional mortgage lenders will lower down payment rates to as low as 3 percent.

A land survey includes the layout of a single property, including precise measurements and to-scale drawings of boundary lines, land improvements, and sometimes other features, like topography and drainage information. A plat map includes the layouts and boundary lines of several adjacent plots and basic structure measurements. Surveys are normally more valuable for homeowners and buyers, and plat maps are for governmental use.

When considering the price of drilling a well, factor in how much you’ll save in water costs per year. The average family of four uses 100 gallons of water per person per day in the U.S. With a private water well, you can save hundreds each year.

Wells are also environmentally friendly. You don’t need to worry about drinking water treated with chemicals. Talk to at least three well pump contractors in your area. They’ll be able to tell you more about your options, give you different quotes, and discuss the biggest concerns.
