"Great experience. Beautiful result. - We hired American Kitchen concepts to fully gut and renovate our kitchen and family room. They installed recessed lighting and new wood flooring to both rooms, and then in the kitchen installed new cabinets, countertops, appliances, and a new window. The American Kitchen Concepts team was able to fix the floor to our satisfaction at a reasonable price and solid structural resolution. "AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

"The Porcelite folks showed up on time and quickly completed the work needed.  However, there was some confusion about what cleaners could be used on the new resurfaced tub as well as the texture of the non-slip surface installed on the tub's bottom.  Porcelite quickly clarified which cleaners could be used and offered to sand down the non-slip surface to make it smoother if I so desired, which I eventually decided not to do.  Overall, good experience.
