Unicorp is a local company and makes their own windows, so I knew if there was a problem, there would be someone nearby to call. My windows were installed on time and the crew was very professional. They are very hard workers; they didn't even take a lunch break. I was assured that my new windows would not let the cold air in, as my old windows did. I'll have to wait for winter to test this out, but I have confidence that since these windows were custom-made for me, they fit more tightly. "We replaced a total of 12 windows with Soft-Lite Pro Series Solar Low E-Glass and replaced 2 french doors with Soft-Lite Kingsroyal Series Sliding Doors Solar Low E-Glass. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. •   I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors.  From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks.  Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested.  Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request.  When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove.  Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer.  They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install.  I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire.

The installers were on time, very neat and look like they did a good job installing the windows. Around the outside, the windows were capped and afterwards they showed me how to open and clean them.
