I had three levels that had different types of work that needed to be done: refinish, reinstall and install new. The workmanship in each case was superb so that now the floors throughout the entire house look seamless and uniform. At one point, I found a crew member on his hands and knees hand-sanding an area that couldn't be reached with the sander.
