"Richard was extremely responsive, making a trip to the house prior to providing an estimate. His crew showed up on time and worked all day. My job took three days, and they left the house neat and tidy at the end of each day's work. They repaired my fireplace chimney, the fireplace chimney liner, and the utility chimney. Their experience and craftsmanship was on display in the quality of their work. The crew chief, Valentin, was outstanding with great communication and attention to detail. "Branden came out initially to do our chimney inspection, he was punctual, thorough and friendly. He walked us through what the issues were with the chimney (the grout between the terracotta tiles had washed away) and what the repairs would be. Nelson and Carlos did our Chimney Liner installation. They we also punctual, thorough and friendly. They covered the room with plastic sheets to protect our furniture and were done in about four hours."
