"So Nir and Alexander just left my property. They installed two new Chimney Chases. My entire experience with Chimney Sweep Clean has been absolutely marvelous. Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore. "Mr. Thomas, Dwight and crew performed the level 2 chimney inspection (only/no sweep requested) and repaired the brick/masonry of the chimney, including repacing the flue liner and repair of the chimney box. They provided literature, kept me highly informed of status, arrival, appointments, and work progress. They also completed a beautiful job on my neighbor's chimney rebuild/replace. The work looks really great and it is apparent that Mr. Thomas, Dwight, and the masonry crew take pride in their workmanship and quality. The job was completed within 2 days and so far, everything is looks fantastic. Waiting for a cool day to crank up the fireplace. They also provided a professional lamination card and pen for reminders of next year's chimney sweep. I only slightly hit the value as I would have loved the inspection price to be part of the repair and the receipt, but overall, great experience, great A+ rating on BBB and both licensed and bonded. "Branden came out initially to do our chimney inspection, he was punctual, thorough and friendly. He walked us through what the issues were with the chimney (the grout between the terracotta tiles had washed away) and what the repairs would be. Nelson and Carlos did our Chimney Liner installation. They we also punctual, thorough and friendly. They covered the room with plastic sheets to protect our furniture and were done in about four hours."

"Project title is not the work performed - work was installing chimney cap. Rene of R&J Quality, LLC was extremely responsive (within 15 minutes) to my request to have a new chimney cap installed after the existing one had blown off due to extreme rust and age. From my vantage point on the ground, the second chimney cap appeared to be intact. He agreed to install the cap the next day even though there was snow and ice on the roof. Due to additional snowfall on the day of install, we agreed to reschedule for his safety on the roof. Two days later Rene came and installed the chimney cap despite there still being snow on the roof. He arrived at my home at the time he promised. He was very friendly and started working immediately. He took photos of the missing and exiting chimney cap. After examining the exiting cap, he showed me that it was also very rusty and that it would eventually need to be replaced. I appreciated him telling me about the condition of the existing cap. He did not try to hard sell me a new cap but rather was bringing the condition of the exiting cap to my attention. I thought it wise to have the other cap upgraded and replaced while he was here. I was very impressed with Rene and the work he performed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing chimney work done. The cost of the two caps and labor was very fair and reasonable. "We called to have our chimneys inspected because we had a bat in our home. Tim inspected both chimneys and the roof. He removed the caps and installed stainless steel screens over the flue opening on both fireplaces to help prevent bat intrusion through the flue. He did an excellent job. During his inspection, Tim noticed a hole in the b-vent chimney. Tim installed a new b-vent chimney from the basement to the roof. He connected it to the water heater and the furnace. There was no damage to our drywall which he had explained was a possibility during installation. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris and removing the existing pipe. We would highly recommend Top Shelf Chimneys."
