"It went great! Mr. Kamran responded quickly and professionally to visit a property we were selling that the buyer was trying to have us concede thousands for issues that were minor. For our piece of mind we hired Mr. Ohi who providedus with a verbal assessment which was very thorough and indicated only minor repairs were needed. When we had purchased the house the settlement cracks were already there and they had not changed in 13 years. What we did not know was that those cracks should always be filled in. It was an $800-1500 repair and the buyers had been told it could be $5000-25000 by their unprofessional home inspector, exaggerating hone inspector. Having Mr. Ohi’s evaluation, which he allowed us to videotape gave us strength to negotiate from a position of power. If we were buying a home with any suspected structural issues, we would definitely call upon him again. Very reasonable, accessible and accommodating. Wish all providers could be so professional. "Performed duties as requested at site. (Foundation inspection) Afterward, we asked for a proposal on a site plan and only heard back from the engineer after having to reach out to him ourselves. The engineer did some off book research for us on the site plan for us but advised us that we didn't need what we were asking for. (We still wanted one!) Overall, nice, pleasant and knowledgeable, but seemed disinterested in us as a customer. We made alternate arrangements for site plan workup."

David was on time and very professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating the 2 areas we had requested. He documented the inspection w/ photos, measurements, and sketches. He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.
