Scam Company. BEWARE. The positive reviews are fake. Believe the other one star review. I will be filing a claim in small claims court against them and the better business bureau. They collect your money and then go MIA. We paid for a site visit and then they promised to provide us with drawings and several weeks later not a single word. We had a structural issue that had to be evaluated in our home. Azzam spent time with us on the phone, conducted an onsite inspection, provided his detailed analysis and talked through our various options to fix the problem. His detailed drawings and analysis were exactly what was needed to start the permit process. He was available when the contractor reached out about a modification we needed to make and provided the required authorization so we could pass inspection. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Azzam from Triple J is very knowledgeable and efficient! He responded my call promptly and was able to come out on the same day. He is very professional and checked the foundation crack thoroughly. After many calls to structural engineers and never getting a response back, I was thrilled when Azzam called me back and scheduled an assessment the same day. He explained everything very well, and taught me a few things about my house. Would absolutely hire again, without hesitation.

They gave me a reasonable price up feont over the phone so I didn't have to worry about what the figure might be. They were able to make an appointment only a few days after I called. The engineer himself, Azzam, was professional and courteous and was able to offer several solutions to my problem and answer my questions about each of them.

He was super friendly and very complete from beginning to end. The only thing is the price was more expensive than I thought it would be, so I would recommend comparing pricing if you have time.

We hired Tripple J to certify a set of contruction and permit doccuments. Assam reviewed the plans quickly and let us know what modifications were required. Very helpful and professional. The plans are still under review with the county but I am hopeful that they will be approved soon.
