On our first meeting he reviewed the floor plans suggesting changes to be improved to meet the requirements of the county. He is always willing to offer assistance and prompt in emails and phone queries. On this basis I already recommended him to my friends and families.

Seanan was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, thorough, expedient and friendly to work with. He went above and beyond on several occasions to raise questions and flag potential issues that our contractor may have missed. Our project had several people involved, but he was always the first to respond to questions. The finished project came in under budget (on his end, at least) and just what we asked for. Could not recommend highly enough!

Excellent. Upon recommendation from a trusted neighbor, Seanan from Ibex Engineering came to my home to evaluate the removal of a supporting wall between a closet and bathroom. We were expanding the bathroom into the closet to make it larger. We needed plans how to build a header and new footings to support the upstairs weight. Seanan inspected the site and provided expertise to my contractor, than drew up plans for submission to the county for permitting. Overall, very satisfied with the service.
