"Mr. Gutt explained that he has extensive experience and definitely inspect and find out the house is structurally safe. He showed up on time and told me the house need fixing by installing additional support studs. He was very responsive on writing the problem and also included the detail design indicating how it should be fixed. He also included his stamp. Seller immediately was notified and seller performed the required fixes based on Mr. Gitt's recommendation. I am happy that I hired structural engineer so now I have peace of mind that the roof is supported and house doesn't have any structural problems."

"I needed someone to provide pushback against the local permitting department. I was told I needed a structural engineer to inspect the deck and that is what happened. I got constructive input on deck problems from the consultant and the permitting department backed off and started working with me. I view this as a success. The consultant communicates well and seems very knowledgeable."
