"We have moved a lot (local and long-distance) in the past 15 years, and the crew--Lee (driver), Danis, and George--from Nova Express Movers was among the very best: extremely efficient, hard-working, prompt, courteous, and careful. From our first contact we were very pleased with the process of setting up the service, using the Angie's List coupon, and making the appointment (scheduling around several very rainy days, among other things). The driver communicated his whereabouts and likely arrival time, and continued this level of communication with us throughout the process--briefly reviewing the items that were to be transported, any special requirements and requests, and the details of our destination. The truck was exactly the right size for our stuff, and very clean. We were pleased that, after introductions, everyone got right to work loading the truck (and they worked as a cohesive team throughout). Our items did not require special care (no furniture or appliances), but we were confident that everything was carefully handled nonetheless. We requested special assistance unboxing our newly purchased adjustable bedframe and mattress in the space vacated by all of the items that were moved out, and they did so with great speed and efficiency--but still managed to unload everything with equal care, paying attention to how we wanted things organized in storage. Even better, not only did they adhere to the timeframe allocated in the Angie's List coupon, they finished a bit early! With all that, there were no extra charges, so the price was far lower than ANY of the other service providers from whom estimates were received. If (most likely--when) we move again, we're calling them for sure!"

"We can't review Majestic Moving and Storage highly enough.  They were absolutely delightful to work with. To start, they do in home estimates.  In the past, we've always used moving companies who make us estimate how big/heavy our furniture is and we're always wrong so the estimate is always wrong.  Our estimate was reasonable and completely accurate.  They provided a low end and a high end on the estimate to give us a guide of what it would cost if everything ran smoothly and what it would cost if we had a crazy snowy day.
On the day of the move, the team was a little delayed by traffic but they called to let us know. Once they arrived they unloaded our condo quickly - which is challenging because it's on the third floor of a garden style building.  There are no elevators and the staircases aren't very wide. They asked lots of questions about where items were going in the new house and loaded the truck in the order they'd unload it.  It took a little time but when they arrived at the new house, they were able to unload so quickly.  Even with their traffic delay, they finished well within the time estimate and actually below the low end price on the estimate.  
We didn't have a single damaged item in the move.  Honestly, we don't have a single complaint about the service we received.

The team arrived early for our 1500 hrs appointment. They consulted with the person selling the piano to us to optimize the process to exit of the piano from the back of the house to the truck. My family and I arrived shortly after that and signed the final paperwork.

The team got to work and had the piano out of the house and in the truck within 10 minutes. It was moved to our house. Unpacking and moving it into our house and to our front room probably took 5 minutes. The speed and efficiency were amazing. We watched them and the care they took to ensure the safety of the piano was comforting to us. Good job, team!
