Please heed the warnings and avoid this moving service at all costs as they exhibit predatory behavior. I strongly advise against using this moving service. Initially quoted $900 for a 33-mile move, the movers demanded an additional $600 once my belongings were on the truck, refusing to unload until I paid the extra amount. Attempts to speak with a supervisor were ignored, showcasing their blatant disregard for customer service. Additionally, Dimitri, the driver, became very disrespectful and aggressive, and as an older individual, I was taken aback by his level of disrespect. When I called to speak with someone, the phone rang repeatedly, and they never returned my call. This company is a scam; their positive reviews are likely fabricated. They are dishonest and not reputable. If possible, I would give them zero stars.

"Mrs [Consumer Name Removed], sorry that you felt that way and we do not have intention to take advantage of people but we also moved almost double more items of what you told us over the phone. You had non-binding hourly contract with us. Consumer reported 83 items to be moved when signing the hourly based estimate. Consumer shipped 160 items on the day of the move. We did our best to save time by using all of our tools and resulted in working only 2.5 hrs of extra labor and moving 160 items instead of 83.This way the labor took 6.5hrs instead of 4 which is a great performance considering the amount of items we moved and the long walk we had at the storage facility. Total price for labor increased from $942.00 to $1387.50. Consumer was offered additional discount of $185.00 which they still have not answered if they are willing to accept or not. Additionally consumer and her daughter Maria started kicking movers blankets and told the movers that they will send them to hell. Maria got really close to the driver's face and told him "be carful I am ferocious" . At this point Dimitri asked the consumers to be respectful and probably that's what they mean by being "aggressive""

I was so glad to have come across this company to help move my items to my new home. They really took their time in moving all my items that were fragile and other families things. They paid very good attention to the instructions I gave them. I also like the equipment they used as I was concern about some of my properies getting moved. They used plastic and blankets that can protect properties without demage. They are great expects and I will rehire them again.

The guys that helped move us were very hard working yet careful and fast. I had 3 guys that came and they moved our 3 BR home. My kids and i were home and they were still able to work around us with out any problem. I am so thankful i found this company. I am so happy with the service. I had to make sure they each got an extra tip for doing such a great job. This family owned business is definitely getting an A from us. Thanks guys for all your hard work

Excellent Service! The movers arrived within the time frame promised. They made our long distance move of two apartments quick and easy. Our items were wrapped securely so all of our furniture and boxes arrived completely intact. They were transferred to two different locations. Our items were unloaded and placed neatly in there delivery locations. The movers were polite and accommodating. Jimmy was great at scheduling and dispatching making sure we are aware of our shipment location status at all time and also getting it delivered on time. We will use them again.

We had a shipment coming from France at a military base in Frederick, Maryland. The movers took extra care of our furniture, verifying item by item if everything is there. They also repacked everything in the facility making sure it's well protected and ready to go on the truck. At our destination in Germantown they unloaded everything in order in the rooms where we wanted them to. They took extra precaution for the floors and walls of our new house. We have a very heavy furniture and narrow stairs. Movers kept the positive attitude and great customer service the whole time, making the experience as smooth as possible.

We had an awful experience with this mover. They showed up without masks and were unwilling to use ours. They were surly and argumentative about the whole subject. They forced us to reschedule and had the temerity to charge us a $200 rescheduling fee. When the second try at moving came around we had brand new masks for them, but they kept taking them off unless we were right on them to insist. The final price was almost double the estimate even though we provided exact details on what was to be moved. They even tried to charge us the rescheduling fee twice. The only good thing was they managed to move everything and only broke one minor item.

Worked with their 2 office people. Donovan and Tracie were amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. I needed a full service move and they delivered in a big way. Their workers fully packed everything and took care of my belongings as if they were their own. Their foreman Dimitry was great and put everything where it needed to go. They took great care of me.
