"Everyone from the salesperson to office/billing staff to the tech/work crew were incredibly professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We had our 3-season porch floor epoxied and are so happy with how it turned out."

"It went really well. I needed two large rooms done (removing carpet and installing laminate floors I had already purchased). I had put in a request on Angie’s for a quote and I received a call right away. Mario was able to come over the same day and give me an estimate. It was almost half of what I had received from other floor install companies. They were able to schedule me in right away. And the job was done in one day. The floors look great! No complains."

"Excellent, professional, and thorough. AMRO did an incredible job on our new home, painting the entire interior house in different colors and with some tricky accent walls. Andrei was fantastic throughout - very easy to communicate with, punctual, and service orientated. The only tiny hiccup was that the estimate didn't clearly provide a price distinction between combined service pricing (painting, trim, and garage epoxy) together versus individual pricing. But we managed to resolve the issue amicably and without any major problem. Would recommend again. We haven't found any spilt paint or lines that weren't crisp perfection. All in 3 days for a 2800 square foot home. Incredible!"

"I requested a quote Thursday July 31st and they came out the next day, Friday, August 1st. Antonio and his guy showed up on time and got straight to work. Although the job took way longer than expected I appreciate them doing things right the first time. They even cleaned up behind themselves after installing the carpet. I’ll definitely hire them for other jobs for my home. So glad to have found honest, friendly, hardworking men on Angi that don’t cost a arm and a leg to get things done."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

DIY is possible for small areas. Professional installation ensures proper leveling and finishing for durability.

In most cases, yes, sealing concrete will stop spalling. However, it’s not a perfect solution—it may only delay spalling. Call your local concrete repair contractor for quotes on the best sealing options to prevent spalling.

The biggest downside of sealing concrete is that it needs to be resealed every few years. This routine maintenance can be laborious if you do it yourself and expensive if you hire a professional. Beyond that, sealing concrete can make the surface slippery, which can be dangerous with people with mobility issues, young children, or those with pools near their patios.

To properly maintain an epoxy garage floor, regularly sweep up dirt and debris using a broom and dustpan or a vacuum cleaner. Mop with warm water and scrub away stains using a mild cleaning solution that's safe for the epoxy product you have installed. Don't use any soap-based or chemical cleaners, as these can cause the epoxy surface to deteriorate more rapidly.

Unlike paint, concrete stain won’t peel off. Instead, the color absorbs into the surface of this porous building material. While it doesn’t peel, the stain only penetrates the top layer of concrete, and as the top of the concrete eventually wears away, so will the stain. However, this process is much slower than paint peeling, especially on low-traffic surfaces.
