Every company who came just wanted to give me a whole new kitchen which I didn't want. "We had our entire bathroom entirely demolished all the way down to the support beams and fully rebuilt (the house is old and needed a lot of repairs). The entire team was absolutely amazing from designing and planning (Junior), to the project getting done (Kadir was our PM, Tony and Paul were our electricians, and all the other guys who came in to do the tilework and plumbing - I am sorry I do not know their names but they were also awesome). This bathroom required an enormous amount of work and it came out absolutely beautiful. The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work and they truly desire that their customers are happy and expectations are exceeded with their work. I am already planning more projects with them, their work is not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodels, and I look forward to working with them again. "We are very grateful to Armagan (the designer), Kathy (the project manager), and Grover and Johnny (the renovation team) for all of their hard work on our townhome renovation! The place looks amazing! We started working with Armagan in November to pick out all of our finishes for the place, and immediately, he came up with a design that we liked and we agreed for him to start in December. By the start date, he had already ordered all of our supplies and cabinets, as well as applied for our building and electrical permits. Throughout the renovation, Armagan kept us informed on the small number of issues that arose during the renovation -- and asked us questions about the details as they came up. When we had questions for Armagan, he often would respond back within an hour (or, at the most, within the same day). The KBR team finished slightly ahead of schedule -- with all renovations taking approximately 2 months! After we moved in -- there were a few kinks to iron out, and KBR was more than happy to send the renovations team back for the day to finish up any last minute items. KBR was one of 4 kitchen and bath renovation companies that we spoke with in November -- and they came back with the best price, design, and overall team. We had much more confidence in KBR (after speaking with Armagan) than we had with any other contractors. We now know that we made the right choice and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"We had a good experience with GraniteWorks. We were budget-conscious and looking for good service/warranty. We ended up spending a little more than we thought, because the measure tech suggested a larger overhand than we planned and others quoted.
The selection of stone was good.
The price was standard.
The staff was very friendly and professional, both during the sales and the measure/install.
The warranty from Granite Works is not very good for time duration. (Counter Intelligence is better, but their customer service was not very good.)
GraniteWorks was responsive to phone and email.
The Installers did a great job and were very courteous. The install went according to plan and looks good.
The seams are not very visible unless you try looking for them. I had suggestions/preferences, spoke up, and they were addressed.
They followed up to make sure I was happy.
Overall, let these guys give you an estimate. They are good.

"I was interested in getting new kitchen cabinets, but I did not want to make any changes in the current layout.  I found out that refacing was the best option for what I wanted based on need and cost.  They were very efficient and professional.  I was very pleased with my new cabinets.  The only downside to the new cabinets are the brackets that hold the drawers are not equip to hold much weight.  So, the company has to come out to reinforce the drawers after installation."

The CJ team was brought in to identify a leak in a ceiling. They quickly discovered that it was the upstairs bathroom as the culprit. The team developed a complete list of tasks and pricing to repair the issue. The work they delivered is of the utmost quality. Key items to their quality effort include: making things right that the previous homeowner had "Cut corners" on, great clean up services and superb communication via email and text messaging. If you have been putting off an improvement to your home, take the time to meet with the CJ team and improve your home for your comfort. They have a great design team to look at kitchen and bathroom designs. They are responsive via email and text. Most importantly they focus on quality for your home. While a lot people like to do their own home improvement, take the time to outsource to the CJ Team for the quality work you deserve. The job will focus on quality and you will be living comfortably in your home."

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"19Mark was professional and knowledgeable, offering many great suggestions to make the small kitchen work better for us. We ordered new Armstrong cabinets and granite counter tops from him. The whole process only took less than two weeks from start to finish. He was always on time and available to answer any questions that we had. Also, he was offered no complaint when we decided to change some of the cabinets that we ordered. Overall, working with Mark and Creative Surfaces was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to redo their kitchen.
