Super friendly and reasonable (at least for the cleaning, I didn't double check prices for caps, but honestly don't care too much since they have a lifetime warranty on it). "It was a two person crew.  They were polite and went right to work.  The cleaning portion went off without a hitch.  When it came to doing the chimney inspection, they said they couldn't do it.  While my house is two stories, they considered my chimney a 3 story chimney and didn't have ladders high enough to reach.  So no inspection.

It took them an hour-and-a-half to complete the job. They sent me a picture of the chimney. The price was great. They did show up."

"We experience a major leak in our ceiling dining room.  K&R came out an inspected the attic and found a roof air vent that was installed across my entire roof peak had been leaking for years, he explained the necessary steps to fix the issue (replace entire roof and installed solar powered fan to vent the attic). The wood on the roof in the attic was rotting and growing some sort of "organic material". He covered my roof with a tarp. The quote was reasonable given the amt of work that needed to be done. The material arrive in about a week and the next day after the material arrived they started the work. Even though it was cold, they finished the work in one day. They cleaned up all trash from the old roof. I am very happy that my roof is fixed and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional doing their roof repairs or replacement who uses top quality material and workers.

"l originally contacted the company approx. 2 yrs ago and was given a fair estimate. I had contacted other companies who had told me that I needed my entire roof redone at the cost of $6000! When Chico gave me a very detailed estimate of just what needed to be done, I knew that I would work with his company. During the 2yrs I would periodically receive emails asking if the repairs still need to be performed. They were always professional and polite, never pushy. When I finally came up with the money I contacted the company to have the roof re-assessed due to the time that had lapse from the original estimate. Chico came over promptly and offered to start work right then, and at the original estimate!  He even offered me advice on how to have my front door properly re-hung. He had my husband come up on the roof to take a look at the work performed. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone for their integrity and professionalism throughout the process."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "We received several estimates and Mark's was by far the best.  He was easy to get a hold of and communicated the whole way through the process.  He came on a Saturday and finished the job in a day.  He even gave us options for mortar color which ended up matching the existing mortar perfectly.  We are happy with the results as the chimney looks better and more importantly is structurally sound, we're now less worried about leaks and further deterioration.  We will definitely consider Mark for future masonry work around our house.
