"I used them mostly every year, there's a guy that used to clean my fireplace but he's no longer part of the company so they sent out a new guy recently."

"It was a two person crew. They were polite and went right to work. The cleaning portion went off without a hitch. When it came to doing the chimney inspection, they said they couldn't do it. While my house is two stories, they considered my chimney a 3 story chimney and didn't have ladders high enough to reach. So no inspection.

"The service was provided shortly after I purchased the deal and there were no additional charges but they came back and did some additional work for me. The service was fine and they resolved the problem but I ended up getting a larger job done after that. They took pictures of my chimneys and showed me the pictures. They were concerned about the deterioration in one of the chimneys that went to the furnace so they did the service."

"They called us the day before to confirm the appointment and when they had some truck issues getting to our house that day they called to keep us informed. They had to switch trucks. "Robert arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. We have alot of LF of gutters and 12/12 pitch roofs and dormers. He did the work quickly and cleanly, bagging all of the debris. Normally, when I do it, the ground looks like a hurricane had been through but with K&R, I couldn't even tell the gutters had been cleaned. Beautiful!
It can be difficult to hire someone for a job you would normally do yourself but, when it's necessary, it's great to find the right place. Thanks!

"I joined Angie's list to find a reputable roofer. Based on the reviews, I chose Dunlap and I am very satisfied. I was not at home when Chico (the owner) looked at my house for the quote. I talked him through how to access my roof and he saw every issue I had, and explained in great detail how he would fix each one. His quote - exerpted above detailed all of the items from our discussion. His crew showed up almost to the minute we had arranged, and worked straight through for nearly twelve hours. The roof is a Baltimore flat roof with four skylights, a deck, and a chimney. Other difficulties were a parapet wall that required quite a bit of custom metal work and the connection to a neighbor that needed a lot of flashing. One person basically spent the entire day flashing and sealing around a rooftop deck. Another spent most of the day bending metal for flashing. Chico and two others torched down the roofing and did the flashing. They did everything as detailed on the quote and more. A walkthrough of the final job revealed a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved before they cleaned up."
