"Called for an estimate and the company came out and provided a free estimate for the spot I was looking to install a patio. Kyle provided a few options as I didn't know exactly what type of stone to go with. The estimate ended up coming in over $1k cheaper than the other companies. The job took a day to do and it was all coordinated over email because of my schedule. I just left the gate unlock. It looks great and is everything I imagined. I've gotten several compliments already. I would highly recommend company."

"Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it! "I initially had decided to hire a contractor to install a stamped concrete patio until I spoke to Brad. The paver patio design was just what I envisioned. I was able to actually look at the pavers and for color patterns and design options. I am looking forward to spending more time enjoying the patio once the weather cools off. The crew worked hard in the heat to finish the job. I have also decided to have Ortman's Inc. return in the fall or next spring to extend the patio after I redesign the garden along the walkway. My parents and a co-worker are also interested in having Ortman�s Inc design and build their patio."
