"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

The fine print seemed to suggest that as long as there was an existing light switch with supporting wiring in the walls that the work would fall under the deal. I tried calling James, the business owner, towards the end of the deal offer period, but couldn't reach him. So, I got the deal and then wound up getting in touch with him after the purchase.

After describing the existing room configuration and wiring, he estimated that his work would cost $400 rather than $295. In addition, he estimated that about $200-$300 of dry wall repair work would be necessary after the job. All-in, this winds up being a bigger expense than we can undertake at the current time. Although this development is disappointing, I appreciate that James was upfront and honest about anticipated costs when I spoke to him on the phone."
