We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! In addition to these fine qualities, John was gracious, considerate and willing to go the extra mile. He installed a top-of-the-line French drain in my basement, which included features not offered by many of his competitors. It was done in 3 days, to the exact specs he kindly sketched out in response to my questions. When a glitch arose with the backup pump, his employee returned to do a quick fix the same day. After many years and much higher estimates, I finally have a basement that I feel will stay dry even in the worst of weather. I am very grateful."

"I made the mistake of providing my telephone number and after I hit "enter" I received two phone calls from two different providers. This was a little too aggressive for my taste. Dun Rite called first, so I let them come out and give me an estimate. They were willing to do the work that night, but it was too late in the evening for me considering neighbors. They came the next day. Sterling knew what he was doing, but he was strictly a "drain" guy... not a plumber. He also had a trainee with him. While Sterling was very patient with the trainee, I felt that the trainee slowed him down. Ideally, I would have liked to have had someone who was a licensed plumber... not just knowledgeable in clearing drains. However, Sterling was good at what he did and was able to clear my clogged drain. He had to come back the next day, as they lost my check. Additionally, they had to return a third time, as we were left with no hot water. Sterling was professional, polite, and friendly. I would probably call again. Although, if you're not sure what the problem is... it might be better to contact a plumber."
