Mr. KINGSLEY, Owner, KINGFIXIT did a great job. He answered all of my questions without hesitation or me having to pull teeth. He actually took the time to educate me about the different options I had when it came to this job. I will certainly re-hire Mr. KINGSLEY for future jobs that I have. I know for sure I have to additional plumbing jobs for him. It should be known that Mr. KINGSLEY is also a U.S. Marine veteran. This counts a lot in my book as I am also a fellow military veteran.

My bathtub drain assembly piece was very corroded and I couldn’t remove it. I called King Fix-It on Friday evening at around 7 pm, and Mr. McLean agreed to come out to my house on Saturday morning. He was able to remove my old drain assembly and install the new one that I had purchased. The scheduling tool that he uses sends a text message letting you know of the appointment time and send another text when he’s on the way. When the work is completed, you receive another text that includes a summary of the work done. This is a great convenience. (This is my second time hiring King Fix-It and I will hire again the next time I need work done.)

I was surprised to discover a professional so friendly, competent, knowledgeable, honest and efficient here in D.C. Typically, we have a shortage of skilled craftsmen or craftspeople. I am quite picky and consider myself versed in plumbing. He exceeded my expectations. I like the meditative and observant approach. He reminded me of a surgeon. I haven't seen someone work like that before.

Everything went very well. Mr. McLean told me what needed to be done to fix the problem, before he began to fix it. He also kept me informed throughout the process. He is very professional and does awesome work. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing repairs or replacements.

Arrived on location diagnosed the problem. Replaced valve, I requested sink to be replace. I received an estimate, the whole job was completed in less than 1 hour. Very professional, explained everything in detail before starting and completing. Answered all questions without hesitation made me feel at ease. I would and have recommend King Fix-It all plumbing related problems.

King figures out the problem with coarsening more unnecessary damage to the drainage system. Removed the washing machine, fixed the seal then placed everything back in its place nice and neatly. He was very courteous and accommodating. He explained everything that needed to be done and everything he has done to make me feel confident in his abilities. He’s digital system notifications kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.

This was a very good experience. Very responsive and informative contractor. The plumbing vent that vents sewer gases out through the roof had detached. He went into the attic and on to the roof to re-secure it.

Originally, the. job was to repair a toilet but I decided to have two new toilets installed because the repair was too in depth and the toilets were almost 20 years old. My new toilets are chair height and I am extremely happy.

Prompt service. Best price by far out of several other quotes. We use this outlet often, especially when we have multiple overnight guests. Now there's extra room and comfort for some to sleep out in the RV. They love it. I've also used King-Fix-It before for HVAC work, other electrical work and refrigeration. It's been positive every time.
