"Raven Pest responded immediately. The technician was extremely personable and described the process that he was going to employ address Yellow Jacket Bees getting into our house. I was completely sold that the Raven tech was competent and was going to go the extra mile. The Raven tech described how he was going to dust the entry point and follow-up 2 weeks later to remove the siding to see where the bees were nesting in the house. However, as it turns out, the tech did follow-up but did not remove the siding as promised. A call to the Raven Office informed me that it is Raven's policy not to remove the siding. After the follow-up visit by Raven, we continued to have bees in the house. I insisted that the procedure of removing the siding to check on the bee nest, as promised, be performed. The tech returned, removed the siding, dusted behind the siding and replaced the siding. We have not have anymore bees in the house since."

"You can still get occasional bugs with any pest control company. The biggest difference for us is customer service. I have been using Pest Solutions for over a year. Their customer service is better than any other I have used. We had an ant problem in the kitchen. They came out in 48 hours. Two days later, I notified them the ants were back. The owner of the company came out himself and did the most thorough treatment I have ever seen. No more ants. I give them my highest recommendation. I often ask people "Is this someone you would want taking care of your elderly mother?" The answer is absolutely yes."

I was beyond thrilled with my service!! Caught 2 adult and 5 pup groundhogs and 2 raccoons in a week! (I didn't know about the pups or the raccoons.) "Miche is great, until you actually have a problem. They serviced my house on a quarterly basis for approximately 3.5 years, and the technician basically said that everything was fine during each visit. Fast forward to when it becomes obvious there is a rodent problem, Miche promptly sends a technician out on two occasions. The technician identified potential points of entry on the first visit, all of which were present and visible during the past 3.5 years of service. The final visit, the technician was "stumped", so Miche recommended their pricey specialist service. A new Miche assessed my house for additional points of entry, all of which were visible with a naked eye, which their specialist would seal for a ridiculous price, which I agreed to. On the date of the service to seal the holes, the team arrived an hour past the latest window provided when the appointment was scheduled. There was no proactive notice from Miche to inform me that they were going to be so late. Once they arrived, it's clear that the guy that did the initial assessment either didn't convey his recommendations or the team was incapable of comprehending them. At every juncture, I had to continue to coax them to do certain things that the man that conducted the assessment recommended. For example, I was instructed to clean the closets out because they would check those two. I had to tell them to do the closets, and I asked about the bedrooms, which they seemed like they would have skipped over. I even had to ask about the roof, which the person who did the assessment specifically identified. One of the holes that they identified was under the sink, where I had previously been told that there was only a small hole and it had been stuffed. I asked about the spray they were using and how it differed from what I normally receive. The technician didn't even seem to know that I was an existing customer. He told me how it combats insects. It wasn't until I reminded him that I had a rodent issue, that he claimed it addressed that issue as well. Two days later, I saw droppings again. This experience felt predatory. I was charged an exorbitant rate for a poor job of identifying entry points, which for three years have been "invisible" to the team regularly serving my house. Several weeks later, my regular technician returned to assess the recent activity following the sealing. Once again, he was stumped and referred the matter to the matter for another team to investigate. My appointment was confirmed, I hired a plumber to move the dishwasher, arranged for a friend to meet them, since I was out of town, and Miche failed to show up or give me notice despite me reaching out about the appointment. I've recently started working with a new company, and they informed me that the outside bait boxes hadn't been refreshed in a long while despite Miche saying that they recently added new bait."

"I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it’s safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it’s not the case. I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would say I’d get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, they’ve lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would."

"I received a one-time service for a termite problem at my home - Charged over $700 for the one-time service. I did NOT sign nor even verbally agree to a monthly contract + to my surprise of course I receive a bill stating otherwise. I have been reaching out the company multiple times via phone + chat yet NO ONE seems to respond. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I can't even receive a simple response. And how do you charge for a contract I did not agree or sign for. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - They are a fraud charging you for something you did not agree to."
