I knew that I had at least 2 groundhogs near a shed on the back of my property and when I started seeing them chewing it up, I called Kevin/KP Wildlife Control based on the Facebook reviews. I was beyond thrilled with my service!! Caught 2 adult and 5 pup groundhogs and 2 raccoons in a week! (I didn't know about the pups or the raccoons.) Well diagnosed problem with squirrels and executed plan flawlessly

We had a fantastic experience with Kevin. We had squirrels nesting in our attic. He found their entry point - which was not where it appeared to be. He set traps in the right places and came back daily to check on them. Within a week he had trapped everything. He and Mike, another KP Wildlife technician, are just driving away from having sealed all the holes, and performing some preventative work. The resulting work looks so good on the house, you can't tell it's any different from the original material. Kevin is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about removing and preventing nuisance wildlife. I would 100% recommend him to anyone having a problem with wildlife nesting in their home! Thanks Kevin!

Kevin did a fantastic job! He cleaned out the dryer vent of so much nesting materials, I couldn't believe my eyes. The cover he installed is top-of-the-line. No more (starling) birds are going to roost in there! He couldn't have been more nice and professional. I highly recommend and will definitely hire him again should we need any other vents to be taken care of, or any other animal control issues. He helped us out in Smyrna, Delaware.

He removed the squirrel, repaired the soffit/fascia and installed screening on our gable vents as a precautionary measure

KP was able to come to our home within a couple days to inspect and set up traps to catch squirrels that had nested in our eaves. They also found raccoon prints near another possible entry point and advised us to seal it before they got in. Squirrels were captured in a few days and about a week later he completed the mitigation work. Trapping price was comparable to another large company. All told, everything cost just over $1000.

Kevin of KP was professional and responsive. He came within a couple of days of my call, explained his process and pricing, and got underway promptly. He completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I would use his company again and recommend him to others.

Did a great job trapping 4 ground hogs and a opossum living under my shed

Kevin extracted a raccoon family from our attic, and discovered a bat colony there as well. He extracted the raccoons humanely from a very small and tight space, and replaced the soiled insulation. He then sealed the gaps in our roof line to prevent the access by the bats and replaced the guano-soiled insulation. All work was performed well and efficiently. Kevin was great to work with - very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We highly recommend him.

When a groundhog family moved under our back porch we knew we needed help. Mike came, assessed the situation and trapped the groundhog and five pups and relocated them to the Eastern Shore. He was very knowledgeable about wildlife and sealed the porch so we wouldn't have any more visitors. Thank you Mike and KP Wildlife.

November 8, 2018 I strongly believe in recognizing people and businesses when they are outstanding in their line of work and have a caring nature. When I come across someone who goes above and beyond my expectations, I share this with as many people as possible. I found this working with Kevin Porter/KP Wildlife Control. I have had ongoing bat sightings in my basement. After not being able to capture the last one I called KP Wildlife Control the next day to set an appointment. Mr. Porter came and looked over my home from basement to attic both inside and outside. He came up with a plan, a fair price and a time line. He sealed my home’s exterior, set up the attic and addressed some other problems that were not a part of the arrangement. His work was very detailed and thorough. One evening, he even rush over to capture a bat I spotted in my basement, at no additional charge. My final bill for his services was more than fair and even included an additional unexpected savings. I am extremely pleased and haven’t had a bat sighting since. Thank you Mr. Porter.

It went great! Job was completed as fast as possible. I had a mother and four raccoon babies. Company offers to capture alive whenever possible and takes them to a wildlife rehab. They also make recommendations for safeguards to prevent future wildlife entry and will perform that work as well.

Service was very professional. Kevin worked to solve my bird problem on the spot and his team returned to follow up as promised to seal up the roof eaves to prevent other animals from entering. I highly recommend this service.

Had a great experience with this company. I filled out the form on their website on a Saturday afternoon; they called about an hour later and arrived at the house about an hour after that. The removal took four visits to the house -- one to set the initial trap outside, another to move the trap inside after we figured out that baby squirrels were in the house, one to remove the trapped squirrels, and the final visit to remove an empty trap and finalize the repair to the outside of the house. There were no additional charges for the extra visits -- one flat fee up front, which was very reasonable for the number of visits, having to climb multiple times on a steep roof, and work in cramped conditions over my garage. Each visit was professional, and they arrived right on schedule each time. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Kevin was very responsive. He sent Mike to perform the services less than 48 hours after initial contact. The other company rescheduled me twice due to weather and then rescheduled me for the following week. Mike spent almost 4 hours cleaning out the ducts. He recommended replacing the cover over the dryer vent with a cover and cage to keep out animals but it was white and against HOA rules. He went and got brown spray paint and painted the new cover before installation. Kevin and Mike returned a few days later to check the last bathroom duct that required a taller ladder. I appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism.

I emailed this company on Sunday. I had a response the same day, and we set up an appointment for early Tuesday. He had traffic delays on his way and informed us that he would be 15 minutes late. I was very impressed before he even got to our home. He immediately set up the pest control equipment, put in place some barriers at likely areas of ingress, and started some of the repair from animal damage. The repairs could not be completed that day because he needed a certain color nail. In all, they made at least three trips to our home, to check on the animals, do repairs and finish placing barriers. I rated the price for the work as excellent; to be honest I did not shop around so I don't know whether the charges were typical for the work done. But I do know that I was thrilled that I could get everything done by one company. I was afraid that I would have to find a different company to do the repairs to the house. The problem was addressed and solved so much quicker than I had even hoped; damages were minimized. No more noises in the attic. I definitely feel that I got good value for what I paid. I would recommend this company to anyone and would use them again if the need were to arise. On top of that they were very friendly and cheerful despite having to clamber all over our roof (three stories at the back) and attic in challenging weather.

First year I hoped it would't come back, second year I had a pest control company come out and inspect, this year I called KP Wildlife Control. Pest control company's "inspection" was worth what I paid for it, nothing, and made me postpone calling KP Wildlife for a year because they made it sound hopeless. KP came out the day after I called, inspected my house, found a potential area for raccoon ingress and the location the squirrels were entering my ceiling. Live traps were installed and the squirrel was captured the very next morning. Traps were removed the emptied the same day. Repairs were made within the week once they were certain all squirrels were captured. These included install of one way door where squirrels gained entry in case more were present, instillation of ~18 ft. of heavy duty aluminum to prevent re-entry, and instillation of one way door and sealing of potential raccoon egress location. I was not aware of the potential raccoon ingress location, but it was found during the inspection and I elected to have it sealed up while the company was out as I have seen raccoons in that area in the past. All in all a problem I had for ~3 years was solved in 24 hours after contacting KP Wildlife Control. Cost was less than I expected at ~$1,000 for squirrel trapping, removal, and repair, and ~$500 for sealing up the other potential ingress location. Note that the squirrel trapping was 2 to 3 stories up on a town house at a difficult location to access. I would not be surprised if prices were even lower for easier to access areas, but obviously this is just a guess. The inspector was very knowledgeable and quickly identified many potential areas of ingress and also ruled out a few I had seen and pointed out to him. While they do charge a fee it is reasonable and I would gladly pay it for the knowledge and thoroughness provided. My repair options were laid out clearly and recommendations for further work provided before I could even ask (the sealing of the potential raccoon ingress). There was no hard sell on the extra work, it was simply provided as an option. I would definitely recommend this company for any mice control problems over a typical pest control company. While I did not use this specific service from them the thoroughness and quality of their inspection was levels higher than pest control companies I have contacted in the past. Strongly recommend.

Mike climbed through my attic and found no evidence of animals such as raccoons or squirrels. When he went on the roof to search for potential entry points, he discovered that my neighbor's tree was dropping walnuts on the roof! No animals after all. I was very happy with the professionalism and promptness of the service.

Racoons are gone!

Kevin was very nice, knowledgeable, and reliable. He was able to come out the same day I called him. He set the trap and the squirrel was caught within one day. Kevin showed up when he said he was going to show up and took the time necessary to explain things and answer any questions I had. We ended up working with him over the course of a few days because of the type of repairs we needed. I would definitely recommend him. Although we didn't like having the unexpected expense of having a squirrel in our house, Kevin did not try to up-sell us on anything unnecessary. I also like that the squirrel was set free (far away) afterward.

We had birds in our attic, Kevin from KP Wildlife control came out and removed the nests and sealed up all the vents.  He also inspected the rest of the house for possible points on entry. Kevin was reliable and nice.  I thought his price was more than reasonable comparably speaking.  Before he did anything he told me how much it would cost and didn't try to hard sell me on anything.  I felt very comfortable saying no and he was okay with it.

I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone experiencing wildlife nuisance issues.

I am a property manager and KP Wildlife Control was recommended to me by the Pest Control company I use for my business.  Kevin and Heather came over to my house as scheduled, set a trap on my roof to catch a mama raccoon and came back early the next morning to collect the mother from the trap and the baby raccoon from inside my chimney.  They were both incredibly professional, prompt and courteous.  Their prices were fair and I will be calling them again for both personal and professional wildlife issues.
