Their prices were reasonable. They're really good. Their service was very good. They have good environment for the dogs. They did a good job. They were accommodating. They took two extra people and me but it was done 10 minutes instead of three hours. They did it very quickly and did a great job so I appreciated that. He made appointments; the things that needed to be done and why. He took the time why I needed to spend the money; not just to make extra money but all that concerns. For 3 dogs I usually get appointments 2-3 weeks but for them it took only one week to get in.

Absolutely fabulous care. Recently moved out of the area and really hated to lose my relationship with Nonantum. The doctors and staff here are first rate - they care deeply about your furry best friend, and you'll find their rates are usually much less than you'd pay for similar services elsewhere. Terrific veterinary practice!

They're very friendly. We've had medical issues with our puppies. They were very considerate and gentle. They were very professional. They were able to see us right away and that's important.

Overall Nonantum is a great vet clinic. The facility is great, the staff was friendly and professional, and the vet that we saw (Dr. Rhodes) answered all of my questions and was great with my dog. The cost was also much lower than I expected. For everything that they did I was expecting a bill upwards of $300-400. Getting all those services and products for $200 was more than fair.
The only negative was that we waited for quite a while to see the vet. Our appointment time was at 11:00am (we showed up early too), and we didn't see the vet until 11:20am. While that is a little inconvenience, the wait was well worth it. We will definitely be bringing our dog here from now on.

I've been a customer of Dr. Roberts for many years (20+) and watched her practice grow from a one-vet practice to its current, much larger, status. Dr. Roberts is a fine, caring vet who gives superlative care in a friendly and compassionate manner. I feel fortunate to have had the benefit of her care for my companions over the years and recommend her highly.

Everything went well dog's cough was gone within two weeks

We have been going here for 4+ years now. We will continue to use them, and would recommend them to friends who needed a vet.



The doctors and other medical staff are friendly and professional, and above all it is obvious they care... which is very important to us. We recently had to put one of our dog's to sleep (old age, and the complications that come with it). They dealt with the affair with both sympathy and understanding.



The doctor we most often see there (and request) is Dr. Rhodes, although when we have had interactions with other doctors they have all been positive.



The facility is clean, bright and cheery. We've never felt like the prices were in any way unfair.

I'm new to the area and called for an urgent appointment for one of our cats. I was told they don't see new patients for urgent appointments and they are booked out a week for new patient well visits. I was asked if I could wait a week. The cat is sick now I couldn't wait a week. I was told to call another vet clinic. They advertise compassionate care. I don't think that's compassionate.

They are very reasonable. They are very good. They don't over medicate which I really like. They are just very good with the animals and one veterinarian was so good with my cat that it didn't like anybody. The cat loved him. They did a lot of work with the cat because she was sick and we had to put down her there last year. The last time I had a dog there in October. They use their head and don't over medicate which is one of my top priorities. They are known to be the best veterinarian around.

Their bedside manner is excellent and the vet will even sit on the floor with the animals while talking with us. They were very thorough with checking out my dog.

All of our pets are rescued and come with unknown health backgrounds and experiences. Every vet at Nonantum appreciates that we rescue animals and work with us to help them have the best quality of life possible. We keep our pets until they pass away so this is a long relationship with them and consequently with our veterinarian. We have always been pleased with Nonantum and ALL the vets there. They do not hesitate to refer us to specialists if needed and do not pressure us into expensive, questionable treatments. They have always been compassionate and realistic and make every attempt to resolve health issues as reasonably (cost-wise) as possible.

They have a wonderful staff but I prefer the proprietor of the business. She's very open and just amazing. She treats me like I'm her neighbor. It's on a farm. It's a wonderful, clean and beautiful facility. I highly recommend her and the staff. They're nothing but true professionals.

Took extremely good care of all of my animals - guinnea pigs and dogs. Yearly shots, special visits, teeth cleaning, blood work - you name it - there is no one better in this area for any animal care than nonantum vets!

The vet techs are very good. There are four or five vets there. They are all very attentive and listen to what we are saying. They are open to ideas and try to save us money when possible.

I have been dealing with Nonantum Veterinary Clinic for twenty years. We have always been pleased with the staff members and the vets. Dr. Debbie Roberts and the others Dr. Chris Manning and Dr. Suzanne Michelle all do an excellent job of attending to the animals needs as well as their human clients. On this particular visit they were having a clinic for strays. The cats were nuetered, given shots and overall health check ups. We appreciate all of the help they have given us over the years.

Nonantum was fabulous. We dealt with Dr. Chris Madden and then Dr. Suzanne Michel. (We have also dealt with Debra Roberts at other times). Our dog was gradually getting thinner and refusing to eat. They discussed options with us and possible causes but did not push treatment that was excessive or tests that were unlikely to give meaningful results. When we took our dog there to be put down, they were extremely sensitive and caring in our grief. We couldn't ask for a more professional, caring group of vets.
