They took my money for a year of service which includes monthly rodent pest control. I got one month of service and nothing since. Contact with the company and their customer services is horrible. Excuse after excuse for why they are not showing up and their office staff member, Megan, is nasty. DO NOT USE THEM! Currently being ignored and waiting for a phone call.

Review: Do not use this company, highly un-reputable. Having contracted with them over 2 years ago and pre-paying for 1 year of service they claim the work order signed was a contract for ongoing services. Spoke with lady there who offered a $30 discount on the fraudulent services which she was quickly rescinded when I brought up the Better Business Bureau. She claimed they are not afraid of the BBB and get claims filed against them all the time. Very predatory practices, read your work order very carefully they have language in their agreements to bind you into future services you do not wish to have performed.

After being a patient and good customer for a year I was still seeing mice and mice feces in my house. The treatment they did was putting rat traps around my house in areas that was very accessible for my dogs, luckily they didn't get to them. After calling to finally cancel the service someone still showed up. They asked if I notified the office about cancelling the job which I confirmed. Now they're wanting to charge me $138 for a service, according to them its an outstanding balance, that I cancelled on top of the monthly fee owed but I cancelled their services. They have now sent me a collections agency.

Service went well. Most of the techs were very professional.

Hmmm... Well, let me tell you... First, I'm that guy who rarely takes time to stop and bang out one of these reviews. There are a dozen other things I could be doing. Not only that, but I kind of feel like "you're just supposed to provide great customer service." Every now and then, however, a Company shocks me and this is one of those rarities that has prompted me to write a review. O-M-G!!!!!! I'm not going to get in the weeds and mention every little detail, but know this ... Triangle Home Services, Inc's customer service astounded me. When I tell you they were patient, kind, courteous and professional, trust and know I mean it was second to none. I needed additional information, stuff emailed to me, quick turn-arounds on documents and they'd even come back out to the house to establish some additional assurances for me. I didn't ask for that, but, in a superior customer service fashion, they informed me they were coming and voila! Geeesh! I mean, they were just crazy awesome. They're initial inspection was thorough and legit! I learned things during the walk-thru and I appreciated the knowledge sharing. They communicated with me about everything and they were on time and on point! Unfortunately, I don't think I'm doing them enough justice with my description of how pleased I was/am with their service. You'll just have to try them for yourself. I think they're a small family owned business and I think it's the best customer service I've been rendered in years. I've thanked them a dozen times, but I hope this review further serves as an expression of my continued gratitude. Well done THSI, well done!!!

They sent Fogle instead. I understand they are the same company but this was unexpected. They set bait stations outside and glue traps inside. They will come back to service them.

I signed a one-year contract with Triangle Pest control in October 2016. In my contract, I enrolled in auto-pay which is clearly indicated on the paperwork. I paid for the first service at the initial appointment but started to get invoices in the mail after my next treatment. I called Triangle to inquiry about why I am getting invoices and he stated I had an outstanding balance. I explained I signed up for the auto-pay and they stated they will go ahead and charge my account and enroll me in auto-pay. The next service occurs and I begin to receive invoices in the mail. Knowing that I already was told on the phone that I am enrolled in auto-pay they are ignored. Two months later another treatment is performed and I start receiving double the amount of invoices. I received a phone call 2 months later scheduling for my next appointment but noticed no one showed. I continued to receive invoices so I contacted Triangle on 7/24/17. Triangle stated I had 2 outstanding balances and that I was not enrolled in auto-pay. I explained the on-going issue with their auto-pay service and she reassured me again that I will never have a problem. She scheduled me for my next treatment on 7/26/17. The service tech came out to my home on 7/26/17 and did an exterior maintenance on the property. I got home from work 4-hours later and open my sliding glass door and BAM I run into a spider web. Not just a spider web but one with a spider. There was no visual improvement over the 9 months to take care of the current pests. I contacted Triangle on 7/27/17 and spoke to Amber. I explained to Amber I wanted to cancel my policy. Amber stated I would have to take care of my outstanding balance. I told her I just called on Monday to make sure i was in auto-pay. She stated I was not enrolled in auto-pay. To add to it she didn't even have the correct credit card information I provided on Monday which they charged me with. I do not know what is worse with Triangle, the customer service administrative staff or the lack of resolving issues. I was very happy to make my last payment and look forward to finding a provider that cares about their customers as well as listens.

The inspector that came out was very nice and informative. I left for the first treatment as I had errands to run. Drew the inspector, as well as the tech doing the spray, assured me we could come back within an hour, two at the most and the house would not smell etc. I ended up being gone for 3-4 hours and when I got back could barely enter my house the smell was so strong. We immediately opened the house up to air it out. We had people over that night and two of them had to spend most of the night on our deck as the fumes were so strong. I have had to call several times and have gotten different answers as to what to use in my home. Most recently today I had to call as they were just here and I am having a serious ant problem. The technician that was here barely sprayed. He just did corners etc. I asked him about it and he said it spreads and they don't need to do much. This was very different than the others that had been out. I have not spoken to one person in the office who seemed knowledgeable about their products and how to service a home. Their story and recommendations change with each person you speak to. Nothing was very reliable. Sometimes they have sprayed all over other times just corners of rooms. I was put on monthly treatments and had to ask twice to be moved to quarterly and even today they still thought I was monthly that was the third time I had asked. I thought maybe we were just having some trouble getting going with their service. But after about 5 months of trying to work with them I was done. Talking to their office staff has been entirely unhelpful and when I asked to speak to the owner or someone in charge that was denied except via e-mail. I have decided to go with a different company and would not recommend them to anyone in the future. I was hoping to deal with a family run business...but I was sorely disappointed! They are a very unprofessional and poorly run company.

It seems like they're doing pretty good work. I was a little disappointed, because the last time they arrived, they didn't knock. If they would notified us when they'd arrived, then we would have been able to come in to have them come in and do an interior treatment as well.

They never responded to my service request after I paid for the deal on Angies List.

NOT WELL AT ALL!! The inspector brought up a picture of what appeared to be a snake and scared me to death. Of course, I paid them to remove it, but I never saw it. Then, too late, I called my snake expert who had successfully eliminated mice and snakes from my home. He proved to me that there had NEVER been a snake there; the inspector just put in a fake snake, knowing that I could not go downstairs due to my disability. In short, he lied to just get money.

Great service and dependable. Prompt resolution of unscheduled racoon removal.

Broke my stone countertop and refused to replace

It went fine, they call to schedule at your convenience.

I do not believe any treatment was done inside the house.

I was disappointed that the technician couldn't find out where the mice were getting in. My belief is that we can't really solve the problem if we don't find out how they're getting in. But he sprayed some spray and put a box outside the house to try to discourage them from coming in. I did still find a mouse in a trap about a week after this treatment, so I would say it didn't really work. I have since placed some cotton balls soaked in peppermint oil in the basement, and haven't seen any mice since then - so the peppermint oil seems to be more effective. Also, the technician saw two mice in my basement in traps, but he just left them there. I also use Terminix, and if they come in and see a mouse, they dispose of it. So Triangle was not as good in that respect.

The treatment went very well. Very punctual and friendly staff.

OK but i was told about a dead mice behind my freezer however the gentlemen left it there for me to remove. I did not see what spray he used around the house or in the home so I cannot say he had any with him

The rodent is still in the house. I was not present to fairly assess what was done.

Well. First rep they sent out did not do a good job however the second rep was superb.

I am not a review person but this time i am giving the review as i am so unhappy with this company. First of all when i bought this item from angieslist they didnt even call to make appointment. I had to call after a week and they made a schedule.
Service i bought was for pests and mouse control. Believe it or not more than a month now and i am still with ants and mouse are growing like crazy. Truly a bad company to deal with.
