They came out right away and did the work. The man wrote on the receipt that I shouldn't sweep for 3 to 5 days and that I need to make a follow up call in 10 to 14 days to schedule a follow up appointment. I called the 12th day after because I had seen 3 or 4 bed bugs. I got an answering machine and then I called the cell phone number and spoke with someone and he said they had been really busy and he said he would call me back and he never did. I waited until a couple of days ago and left another detailed message. I still have not heard back. I need them to come out to ensure that I get rid of the bed bugs.

A couple of good local people to take care of issues in pest control.we just moved to the area, found these folks on Angie's List and have contracted them.So far, so good - they are very knowledgable and worked closely with us on a rodent issue, discussed the various sorts of bugs they were seeing indications of and generally were exceptionally affable.I would recommend them after the one visit - and, they came back (while we were not there) and resolved an issue we had discussed.

I called John on Friday; and he came out the next day to inspect and explain pricing options.  He then scheduled a treatment day for 2 days later.  He returned with his associate to do the treatment part of his service on the day he scheduled. The only glitch, which did not affect me too much, but some may find inconvenient, is that he had to change the time of each scheduled appointment due to timing problems he was having on those days.

I have been using them since the time that we moved out from our previous house. We bought this house in June. They come out duing the Spring and Fall seasons. They are very responsive, personable and timely. I have not had any issues with them. They are great. I have told everybody that I know about them.

I like that they are very prompt, communicate very well and follow through on their own. Their follow up procedure is very professional and they do not try to up-sell things. I have very high regards for them. They provide excellent quality of service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Dixon & Sons was very good. John was pleasant and thorough, explaining everything and answering all my questions. I have not see a roach since he's been there, so I am very happy indeed with the service.
