The staff is rude.
Told me to give the medication incorrectly.
Tech that calls about med refills is incompetent and outrageously rude. Told me the wrong way to give medicine!!! But so did the doctor!
Gave me the wrong results for bloodwork and then called me to tell me the machine was not working right and gave me the and quot;correctand quot; results but still charged me even though it was wrong!
Over charged me and then when I caught the mistake they did not refund but gave me a credit, like I would ever come back!
Not friendly to my dog.
"The doctors and staff of the Community Animal Hospital strive at all times to deliver quality care to our patients and to maintain an excellent rapport with our clients. We wish to clarify the following in regard to the above review: 1. This client came to our hospital on 2-16-12 for a second opinion. The date of last service was 9-7-12 ( not 1-14-13 as stated). 2. The lab results were not erroneous and the blood chemistry analyzer was in fine working order. 3. On the 9-7-12 invoice for $308.07, there was a redundant charge of $14.50. When the error was discovered, it was credited against a $36.50 charge on 9-20-12. 4. We continued to work with this client by authorizing medication refills at local pharmacies through 12-20-12. 5. On 11-2-12, the client requested that her records be sent to another veterinarian for a third opinion. 6. The owner called us on 4-30-13 to request a medication refill, which we had to decline because it had been more than six months since we had examined the patient."
