Eastside Animal Medical Center

We really liked them. We love them. We've been going to them for about almost 20 years. They've done tremendous work. We've had poor dogs and we've gone to them. They're very patient and they're very caring. They really take care of your animals. There are eight vets there and I feel confident going to any of them. There was a situation where we had to put a dog down and they were just very understanding and compassionate. The pricing seemed a little high but they do a really good job.

My dog ate chocolate and needed emergency services which were delivered quickly and with urgency. I previously had her there for an acute allergy also. Then last week, my friend's dog was tragically killed (though we did not know he was gone when we arrived. The vet on 2 occasions was Josh Bentley who was kind, professional and knowledgable. The allergy attack happened at 2 am and he actually sat on the floor and held my dog for a very long time. Granted, there were no other patients at that time. When Dakota was killed he was also there and was very kind, tender and caring. Even giving us a hug when we left. Unfortunately, Dakota was gone before we arrived, so there was nothing he could do.

He is super friendly. They are really nice and they care about my animal. I like that they are very digital. They will send an email and also a bio about my animal later on after a visit to let me know the good things and things I need to watch out for. They were running 45 minutes late today.

Dr. Baker is our Veterinarian at Eastside. She and the staff are good with our dog and we will continue to see her. They are on time for the appointments and nice to deal with.
