Miche is great, until you actually have a problem. They serviced my house on a quarterly basis for approximately 3.5 years, and the technician basically said that everything was fine during each visit. Fast forward to when it becomes obvious there is a rodent problem, Miche promptly sends a technician out on two occasions. The technician identified potential points of entry on the first visit, all of which were present and visible during the past 3.5 years of service. The final visit, the technician was "stumped", so Miche recommended their pricey specialist service. A new Miche assessed my house for additional points of entry, all of which were visible with a naked eye, which their specialist would seal for a ridiculous price, which I agreed to. On the date of the service to seal the holes, the team arrived an hour past the latest window provided when the appointment was scheduled. There was no proactive notice from Miche to inform me that they were going to be so late. Once they arrived, it's clear that the guy that did the initial assessment either didn't convey his recommendations or the team was incapable of comprehending them. At every juncture, I had to continue to coax them to do certain things that the man that conducted the assessment recommended. For example, I was instructed to clean the closets out because they would check those two. I had to tell them to do the closets, and I asked about the bedrooms, which they seemed like they would have skipped over. I even had to ask about the roof, which the person who did the assessment specifically identified. One of the holes that they identified was under the sink, where I had previously been told that there was only a small hole and it had been stuffed. I asked about the spray they were using and how it differed from what I normally receive. The technician didn't even seem to know that I was an existing customer. He told me how it combats insects. It wasn't until I reminded him that I had a rodent issue, that he claimed it addressed that issue as well. Two days later, I saw droppings again. This experience felt predatory. I was charged an exorbitant rate for a poor job of identifying entry points, which for three years have been "invisible" to the team regularly serving my house. Several weeks later, my regular technician returned to assess the recent activity following the sealing. Once again, he was stumped and referred the matter to the matter for another team to investigate. My appointment was confirmed, I hired a plumber to move the dishwasher, arranged for a friend to meet them, since I was out of town, and Miche failed to show up or give me notice despite me reaching out about the appointment. I've recently started working with a new company, and they informed me that the outside bait boxes hadn't been refreshed in a long while despite Miche saying that they recently added new bait.

8/1/22 inspection performed and declared free of termites to my realtor and sellers of 8/8/22 - Closed on house son found evidence of termites in storage room: 8/10/22 - notified Miche Pest Control 8/12/22 Anthony Fair from VA HQ came to inspect damage! Departed and said would speak to owner and they would “do the right thing”! No contact- emails, texts, phone calls go unanswered for several weeks - Finally told us that they were not responsible! Was contacted by their insurance company asking for pictures, home inspections, and Closing papers redacted with personal data. Obliged as much as possible, but declined to send closing papers and other papers containing personal information. Was sent from insurance company to local claims adjuster/inspector who asked for the same pics and took several pics of the work in progress of reconstruction due to termite damage. Infiltration was in storage room, bathroom, kitchen and joists! Just notified today that insurance claim was denied and they found no fault on behalf of Miche Pest Control! I suspected that would happen just because of all the stalling and asking for the same items I had already given! Beware of these inflated ratings! Miche is “negligence” redefined!

We needed someone fast, and Miche Pest Control came through. The Tech was very professional, thoroughly investigated every room, and out side. Very much appreciated, worth every bit of the cost. Many thanks...

Everything from their Customer Service to their Technicians is excellent! I had a bug problem (especially spiders) before I started using Miche Pest Control. Now, I no longer have those issues with pests of any kind. I appreciate that they are a phone call away and highly available, if I were to have issues with insects again. I find them to be reasonably priced and available when you need them.

I am over the top happy with Miche Pest Control. I was having an issue with spiders inside and outside along with mice and voles in the backyard. Since their initial treatment, most of the issues have gone away. We have had a few spiders return (what can you do when it's outside) and it only takes a phone call and a serviceman comes back out to treat the problem. It has been 4 months since the initial treatment and I have not seen as much as a spider or bug inside. The usual spring ant invasion didn't happen. I was initially skeptical because they came to the door to convince me to let them do my service, but I could not be happier. Since the mouse/vole issue (I was trapped in the shed by a mouse at the door), I finally trust going in the backyard again.

I had an awful roach infestation in the basement of the house we rented. Nothing we did seeing to work, but a friend recommend Miche Pest Control. Since the first visit we saw the great job!! Now was our third round and we don’t have words to describe how happy we are with their service. Angel is A very professional and easy going guy. I have being following his other recommendations and we don’t have no more roaches around here.

Miche is hands down the best pest control I've ever worked with. They eliminated my mouse issue in the basement when another vendor failed miserably. Anthony Fair is squared away and extremely knowledgeable. I can't recommend Miche enough.

Miche employees are very friendly and personable, but my experience indicates they do not have adequate expertise with termites. On their first visit they reviewed our wood damage and said we had carpenter ants and applied a treatment for which we paid for. Three months later when we found swarmers in our living room we naturally assumed they were carpenter ants. We contacted Miche and a different employee arrived - and said we had termites, not carpenter ants! We signed a contract for termite service at that time (I gave them the benefit of the doubt as even professionals can make a mistake). After they installed termite baits around our home the baits seemed very far apart to me. So I measured how far they were apart and in several instances they were 24 feet apart. My research on the internet clearly indicated that the industry standard is 10-15 feet, not to exceed 20 feet. I called and spoke with the owner who said they measured the distances with an app and it must have been inaccurate. They came out and had to move the baits and install additional ones to meet the 20 foot maximum distance. Needless to say after these two experiences I do not have confidence in their knowledge or abilities. Unfortunately I signed a contract and am stuck with them for a couple of years. Very disappointed and will not renew the contract once it ends.

Prompt, fair service. Anthony Fair was the technician. He inspected the basement, garage, attics, around the house, and under the deck for evidence of mice. He gave some good advice, and some interesting background on how mice get into homes. Because there was no evidence of mice, the service was free. The one we found in our home probably came in through our garage, which we often left open. I was very happy with Miche's Pest Control's work at our home. I will not hesitate to call them with any future pest control needs. They're an honest company. Frank

My technician dusted up around the windows and around the porch. I haven't seen spider webs since early this summer. Moriah even emptied the trash can of the excess water to make sure that mosquitoes wouldn't breed in there!

Michael was very thorough, examining all my bedding and mattress. Also the area around the bed . Nothing was found. So that’s the good news. The bad news is I still don,t know what is feeding on me. He suggested extra vacuuming ; using high heat in dryer.

Miche pest control has saved my sanity. I have never had roaches before and was horrified to find them in my home. They came over and confirmed what I had seen, and even worked around my having pets in the home.

Great- He listened to all we said, all our guesses as to what was happening, educated us a bit, and treated around the house. We especially liked that he did not recommend expensive, overapplication of strong poisons. Evidence of wood being chewed was gone in two days.

Wow, it seems odd to actually enjoy a pest control visit, but I wish every household service provider was as good as this. The receptionist I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me an appointment for a free consultation the next day. Our technician, Ben, texted before our appointment window and arrived right on time. He couldn't have been friendlier or more polite, checking everything quickly and thoroughly and explaining our options.
