"Affordable is not reliable! I scheduled the initial estimate visit and was given a time between 9am and 11am. At 1 pm I had not seen or heard from anyone. I called and was told someone would be on the way. They arrived at 1:30 pm. The tech was nice gave me an estimate and I hired him(against my better judgment). He completed the service and said there would be a follow up in a week. I scheduled that appointment for 3-5pm. At 5:15 pm the tech calls and says he is 45 minutes away. I tell him I had somewhere to be but would contact my daughter to see if she could come. I hang up with him immediately get her on the phone. I call him right back and he tells me he cant come he is on his way to another call. I then call the main office to cancel services. I paid an initial deposit of $325 didnt not get my follow up or my completed services which according to their contract should have been flea and tick and mosquito treatment. They said I would receive no refund partial or otherwise for the service. Basically I paid $325 for him to spray for spiders, put out two mouse traps and two snake lizard traps. Beware unreliable and not affordable. Found another company who arrived as promised and cost less."

"Raven Pest responded immediately. The technician was extremely personable and described the process that he was going to employ address Yellow Jacket Bees getting into our house. I was completely sold that the Raven tech was competent and was going to go the extra mile. The Raven tech described how he was going to dust the entry point and follow-up 2 weeks later to remove the siding to see where the bees were nesting in the house. However, as it turns out, the tech did follow-up but did not remove the siding as promised. A call to the Raven Office informed me that it is Raven's policy not to remove the siding. After the follow-up visit by Raven, we continued to have bees in the house. I insisted that the procedure of removing the siding to check on the bee nest, as promised, be performed. The tech returned, removed the siding, dusted behind the siding and replaced the siding. We have not have anymore bees in the house since."

Some of the other more famous brands were a little more focused on being able to upsell me and get me on a substitute than they were with fixing my problem. We Set up the appointment and they were there tge next day. Tom’s partner Rob came He was on time, polite and competent. He had tgis huge trailer which produced the heat and he ran hoses into my home and turned tge unit on and brought temperature in house way up. (Don’t leave out any chocolate, candles, or anything that can melt because they said the house got up to about 140 degrees or something like that. 5 or 6 hours after arriving, Rob was on his merry way and my problem was fixed in an an environmentally safe way.
