"We had an excellent experience working with Mike Erickson and his team from DC Patio. They removed the old concreate patio at the back of our house and installed a new large flagstone patio. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They improved the back lawn grading. The quality of job is great. We highly recommend Mike and his team."

"I have a very large deck 1200 sq ft and was adding a 12 X 12 ft section. The estimates I was getting were extremely high and Deck Boss, aka Leonpro Services gave me the best price. I was a bit nervous about using the lowest estimate but I spoke with other clients and saw their work and it was very good. So we hired them. They were very professional, arrived each day early, cleaned up all trash and produced a beautiful deck for me. Their english is at times limiting but they manage to communicate and did a lovely job. They do more than you ask for. I am very pleased."

"Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it! "This is a great company.  Dustin was very helpful and insightful as he came up with a design that we really liked.  Unfortunately we were unable to move forward with the project as our HOA rejected the design.   First Impression Hardscapes refunded our full deposit  without any issues.  We really like this company and we will definitely have them build our patio once we work out a solution with our HOA.
